Unlike Taken 3, it does not try to be better than the b-action movie that started it and which everyone loves. Unlike the Expendables, who are also one step closer to the geriatric home, they did not need over the top theatrical action sequences to prove just because your old, doesn't mean you can't be a Bass Ass.
