Son of Batman (2014)
7/10
Not all that in-depth, but good enough chemistry

Warning: Spoilers
This is one of the Batman story I really enjoyed. Sure there are some weaknesses then and there, but overall it was a interesting and fun Batman movie. So the plot is about Bruce Wayne getting acquainted with his son Damian Wayne. After Deathstroke attacks his grandfather Ra's al Ghul's fortress and kills his grandfather in the process as well. The most intriguing part about this animated movie is the relationship between Batman and Damian who is this stuck up, arrogant kid fueled by vengeance. But he is also highly talented, skilled and has a genius level intellect with superb fighting skills and reflexes after training with the League of Assassins for years. So yeah, he is one of those people that comes across as a stubborn fool but is also a badass at the same time. And it was cool to watch him work with the Batman in some missions. While Batman shows him the ropes of being a real crime fighter. So the chemistry between the two is cool to watch, but there is nothing really psychological in that aspect. I however didn't like how they portrayed Deathstroke as this pushover, sure he can sometimes cheat to get his ways. But he just didn't seem to put up enough of a fight against Batman. So I liked the animation which is like 70 percent American and 30 percent anime style. Plus the plot I thought was slightly above average. Despite the weak set up and the most implausible DC movie when it comes to practicality.
