And so we say good bye to a major character in this episode. Dr. Ross has to leave now that he got the hospital in trouble. They did it in a great way. We say good bye to him without feeling of him as a bad person as in this particular case all he did was helping to end the suffering of a child that could not be saved anymore. And his final conversations with his girlfriend and best friend were also beautifully done. The one with Carol was especially emotional. It is just amazing though how people who love each other so much break up just because someone has to work in a different place. Sure, they wanted to keep Carol's character but this just ended too simple for the kind of relationship they had.

I also liked the story of the couple from Nigeria. I didn't expect it to be as complicated as they made it, but what they id was great and very emotional. Very well thought through. The whole episode was full of action.
