Watching it now..... Wow Yaya is truly convincing. The actor playing Bobby was OK. All and all Great Job, Angela Bassett.
With all of the negative press and the push-back by the family, I was very concerned that the movie would be too "made up". Some of the scenes contained intimate moments between Whitney and her family, and I was afraid that without their input, Angela would have been forced to "improv". Instead I felt each moment. Hopefully the Houston Family feels the way I do.....that despite all of their fears and controversy, the movie is not distasteful. Whitney's reputation is not being tarnished and the family is not made to look bad either.
