While primarily the movie has a documentary like feel to it, the movie isn't a documentary but rather a social commentary about the current political scenario of India.
Some good points:-
1. Excellent acting by the entire cast 2. Good theme and intent of story
Some bad points:-
1. Incredibly long and stretched. They could have wrapped up the entire movie in 90 minutes. Sometimes repetitive and boring 2. Trying to be funny but failing miserably 3. No connection whatsover with the previous movie. This cannot be a sequel, its an entirely separate movie.
