Jersey Shore (2009–2012)

Such Pride for Jersey Shore!
13 December 2009
This show has caused a lot of controversy. It's about a group of young adults who rent a house at Seaside Heights, a prime shore resort town, in New Jersey. It has a group of young people who are truly like the spawn of the New Jersey housewives. They have self-described themselves as "Guidos" and "Guidettes" which is an insult to Italian Americans. If I was Italian American, I would have been insulted by the NJ Housewives show. This group of young people are as desirable as lice. They have nothing to do but party, get tattoos, and hang out at the Jersey Shore. The men remind of Albie and Chris Manzo from the NJ Housewives show. They have nothing better to do. There is one good thing to come out of this mess. That is that Seaside Heights might profit next year as a tourist hot spot for young people. I'll probably have a hard time getting a parking space. I prefer the Northern Jersey Shore at Sandy Hook which doesn't have or need a Boardwalk and is a national park with a clothing optional section (Gunnison Beach). I don't go to that beach. If Seaside Heights prospers from it's sudden celebrity, good for the town. It's just bad that the young people on this show aren't that interesting to me.
