Fallen Angels are Good?!?
Apparently so. Or they could be. This movie blends mythology and modern day drama into a whirlwind of prophesy fulfillment. "Fallen" brings together faith in the "Creator," explanations as to Angel's walking among humans, and that some Celestial Beings can be as crazy as we are. Hard luck befalls a teen and getting his crush to notice him does little to soften the blow. Magic and destiny plaque the mind of the viewers as they begin to wonder if the Angelic saints, that they know so much about, should really be considered saints at all.
While the movie is a straight to TV movie, it did surprise me in being mythologically accurate and fairly well acted. Not an all-star cast to be sure, but all with obvious talent that I hope to see grow in many future films. This feature combines action, and family/school drama to tell a story that everyone has a destiny; and everyone is unique.
