I personally liked this film. This is a typical girlie "chick flick" type of film..boy and girl meet..boy likes girl..girl hates boy...girl and boy fall in love..only difference is hes a prince, soon to be king of Denmark. Now for people who love these type of lighthearted feel good romance stories then I definitely recommend watching it. If you don't, don't bother cos you'll be disappointed and then you'll slate it. Don't take the film too seriously, as after all its a lighthearted romance one.
Julia Stiles is excellent as usual and newcomer Luke Mably portrayed his character very well..also the fact he is gorgeous is a big bonus. Julia and Luke have excellent chemistry, which you will notice in the library "stacks" scene. You can actually feel the seual tension. All actors and actresses did really well and I have to give it 7/10 as it was really a lovely sweet girlie film.
