I went to this movie with my boyfriend, the second day of Christmas. It was really nice to go to a children's movie from long ago.
The colors were wonderful and bright. The characters were really authentic, like in the series and it was so nice to see Pipo again. He is so funny!!! The story is about a trip that Pipo( and of course his wife Mammaloe and his daughter) makes to his aunt, who is very afraid of scary, ghost-like sounds from an old castle. Pipo is going to solve this problem and his journey is a great adventure, with his boss and enemy Dikke Deur and his two companions who are chasing for luck and money. The characters are really wonderful, they can really make you laugh through the entire movie. The end is not really surprising but very satisfactory. Pipo en de p-p-Parelridder is a real dutch movie that makes your grey day bright again!!!!
