Silent Witness (1996– )

WOW!

Nobody does it like the Brits! This series should have won every award going. I'm 84 yrs old and have been a fan of detective series my whole life. I've never seen a more gut-wrenching, fascinating and intriguing program. The story lines are sometime predictable but not to any great extent. Excellent writing and acting is the norm here. Loved the characters throughout the long, long run of this entertainment. Couldn't ask for anything better. A real indulgence for the mind and soul. Super! Congrats to cast and crew.

Kindred Spirits (2016– )

Oh, no, Kindred Spirits!

I've written a review of Kindred Spirits earlier on. As I said then, I do love this show and it is the best of this kind of reality show, paranormal investigations. However, tonight I was anticipating seeing a new episode. I was really looking forward to it. To my dismay, the episode turned out to be two episodes aired once before but now labeled "New." What a disappointment. Please, Kindred Spirits, rise above this kind of sham advertising. Call a spade a spade. This sort of thing doesn't do anything for your stellar reputation. What a shame!

Ghost Adventures (2008– )

Oh, my! This is one of the funniest comedies I've ever seen! These guys scare the hell out of each other like frat bros on spring break. Must be lots of $$$ for these 'paranormal INVESTIGATORS!' LMAO!!! Rivals the wonderful Three Stooges! Great show.

Gosford Park (2001)

Well, love the movie. I'm a long-standing Anglophile. Just realized Julian Fellowes took dynamite to Gosford Park and Boom! he has Downton Abbey, right down to too-similar characters. Love it all. Dame Maggie was superb, as she always is.

Kindred Spirits (2016– )

Great Show

Love Kindred Spirits. Amy and Adam have an easy-going style of investigating that is pleasant. Just watched episode 'Shadow of Death.' Excellent paranormal site of Waverly Sanitorium in my state. An exciting investigation. One thing: You guys got a spirit to manifest himself as a solid apparition who obviously wanted his story told. When he appeared you were startled (who wouldn't be?) and Adam saw him re-appear. He wanted to talk. Why didn't you jump on that for a quick EVP session immediately. I think you missed a golden opportunity to learn more from him. I think he had more to say. I do love this show. It is the best of the genre.
