Magic's Biggest Secrets Finally Revealed (2002)
My 5 and 7 year old are obsessed with this show!
We are in awe at the Magic trick then we try to figure out just how did they do that! Near the end of the series my kids are practically novice at figuring the trick out. Very cool show!
Bosch (2014)
I tried. I really tried.
I'm a lover of intelligent and thought provoking series. When reading a review it also helps to know what the reviewer finds worthy. When I read reviews about this show, I knew it would be a risk considering I have no clue what people gauge their like/dislike for their reviews actually on. Some love it, some not.
Having said that, my most recent "wow" was Tom Clancy "Jack Ryan". The emotional scale I felt while watching that was 90% more thrill than this show. I also felt it intellectual and relatable. If this show didn't do it for you, watch Jack Ryan!
Season 1, I was hopeful. Poor acting, reinterviewing witnessness after 3-4 times with more information leaking each time. The season became frustrating due to this alone. The ending did not par to an actual finish for me. The whole season felt like a waste.
Into season 2, I noticed the acting just not realistic, staged and plot completely predictable/inconsistent with actual life events. I just could not get into it. I feel like I wasted a season of time for this poorly done show. I gave up midway Season 2.

Absolute Binge Worthy
Had me from the first episode. Falling in love with all the characters, never knowing what will happen next. Lots of subtitles, but I use subs regardless. Very intriguing show.
Bird Box (2018)
As a mother, I had to shut my own eyes....
To give an accurate review, here is a brief overview of my life... I have never heard of this movie or book before.
In the encapturement of how the movie absolutely had me drawn from the start, I feel it necessary to have a degree of understanding in order to relation of how a movie just draws you in.
I am a single mother of a boy and girl. I own a small business, keep a roof over head and have worked countlessly in effort of "survival." I tell it like it is. I am firm in Truth with my children and from the opening scene alone, Sandra nailed what a mother in that situation would emit. No BS. Listen or we are screwed. I could relate, hence, the movie had me glued immediately.
There were times where the movie felt light, but the desire and will of what a mother will do for her children, was beautifully portrayed by Sandra. The overall message of the film was scripted so simply, you must have senses other than the eyes to witness it.
Emotion filled movie had me on the edge of my seat. The risks of a mother, the innocence of children, the coming together of strangers. Great concept and wonderful execution.
Sandra was absolutely remarkable!

Enjoy spirituality? Enlightenment? Watch this film!
Interesting perspective placed upon a unique and thought provoking ending.
I'm very much into movies that open my mind as vastly and "realistically" as possible.
If you enjoy deeper knowledge of Truth, have an open mind and seek to find answers to our existence, this movie provides. It could very well happen or has it been all along? Scientific data and "proof" meets spiritual inclined: something greater than us is working behind the scenes...
Watch until after the credits for a brief delve of more insight.
Some points of acting felt a little "fluffy", however, the overall plot kept me actively watching the entire film till end. I thought about the movie the whole next day....
Additionally, Brit in the OA is one of my top 5 all time favorite shows. If you like that show, give this movie a go.
