My Name Is Khan (2010)
I know this kind of plot....
Watching with my mom, we had the same impression....it was just like the story of Forest Gump!
This movie had many messages to convey and so many things happened within 3hs. I really liked all of them all but I feel so full.
Jab We Met (2007)
We cannot lie to our heart
Grampa "At my age, it doesn't take time. They always lied, but I caught them very first time. Just one glance is enough to realize what is going on between a boy and a girl."
He may be right, and I think it is same to our heart...
What made this movie different from other Indian live comedy is that Aditya and Geet getting to like each other little by little. Tak kemal maka tak cinta...it was not "love at the first sight."
Taare Zameen Par (2007)
Now I wanna paint
Wow, I will watch this good movie with my kids in the future!
Without someone who understands them, children's minds will be lonely and poor. Rich household and enough education does not always grow kids properly. They need endless love and it is definitely much effective than punishment or pressure.
Tag (2018)
Silly
In this movie, grown ups play silly tag game. People stop playing not because they grow up. They become adults when they stop playing. The guys have active minds like kids as long as they play the tag game.
Maleficent (2014)
Dream-like good atmosphere
In this movie, Aurora did not sleep long like the well known fairy tale. It signifies that this movie does not focus on the princess. It is the story of the "evil" fairy, Maleficent. She suffered from severe fate but healed herself by loving Aurora.
It was really funny that the kiss of the prince Philip did not work. Sadly, there may be no love at the first sight. I hope Aurora does not make mistakes with Philip, like Maleficent did.
The Fault in Our Stars (2014)
Sad
It was painful, sad story and mom left our couch in the middle. I watched it all and cried terribly. I found again that how wonderful to love someone deeply
and that I do not have to be loved by everyone, which never happens. I will read the novel so that I will realize more things John Green tried conveying.
Muthu (1995)
My first Indian movie
I was 15 when I watched "Muthu." I started to be interested in other cultures at that time and I chose this movie randomly to watch something special. I totally fascinated by the dance scenes which start suddenly, colourful exotic dresses, and rhythmical songs replayed in my head again and again. It is the best movie to enter Bollywood world.
