Indisputably better than Friends!
25 July 2019
I know a lot of people will judge me for this claim, but I stand behind it. This show is hilarious and funny, but still very emotional and honest. It touches so many important issues of today's society in a moder and refreshing way. It is way more than just a sitcom because there are plenty of serious and sad moments. I wish that more people would watch this show. *Also, the laughter you hear is from a live audience! So, kudos for the effort!*

I expected much more
10 November 2018
I've been waiting for this movie for a really long time. I've heard it's gonna be similar to the movie 'But I'm a Cheerleader' and I can say that it is but only up to a point. It seems more mature. I don't know why but I expected more plot. I was a bit disappointed when it ended and I didn't feel like anything was resolved. The main character seems so lost and we usually expect her to find her way but she didn't. On the other side, this movie is really important because it talks about homosexuality in more mature way. And this is maybe the first time they have actually shown an accurate depiction of what the religion really says about this topic. What I find also important is that it discusses the possible causes that led to the SSA. All in all, it's not a complete waste of time but do not expect too much.

Nothing too special, but raw and emotional
30 August 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I can say that I didn't really like the concept of the movie. For first 30mins there's literally nothing going on and the next hour it's all about Paulie and what she's going through. I wished there was a little more about Tory's side of the story so we could understand her better. I like the love story though because Paulie's feelings are so real and I was very emotional throughout the movie. Ending killed me. I still think it's little too much. And they were all standing there watching her. If someone immediately started running upstairs I think she would have be saven because there was probably enough time. But just theoretically speaking. Worth watching for anyone interested in matter of love and pain.

Disturbing and Important
16 August 2018
So I've just seen this movie and I can say that it is somehow disturbing and I had an unpleasant feeling during the movie. This is an actual issue these days. I think that the final point of the movie was that it's actually all about that one person that loves you (and in this case: saves you). Important movie. Something has to be done because technology is taking over and it's just not worth it.

A bit overrated
4 July 2018
It's not that bad but definitely overrated. I find it little confusing and after a while I got bored. I expected so much more. Acting of Michelle Yeoh and Zhang Ziyi is remarkable!!

Remarkable !!
4 July 2018
It's such an amazing movie! But as it was discussed before, it's not accurate..unfortunately. The movie is based on a book and the writer of the book (based on the interview with Mineko Iwasaki) misunderstood the whole thing. Geishas are represented literally like whores (which is not true). And then people think of geishas like that. That is the problem. But if we put that aside, the movie is still beautiful and one of my favorites!

Remarkable!!
1 July 2018
I don't understand why this movie has such a low rating. This movie is SO IMPORTANT. I think that everyone should see it to understand better what is STILL happening in the world right at this moment. Movie is different than what we usually see these days. It touches an issues of women/lgbtq people in Iran, a muslim conservative country. Acting of Nikohl Boosheri and Sarah Kazemy is really something to talk about. I absolutely loved it. It really fits their characters and they did an amazing job. They made me really feel the characters. I can't imagine better actresses for the roles. All in all, amazing movie, 10/10. Not everyone will like it but I think it's worth to give it a shot at least..

It isn't that hard to get it like they all say!
18 June 2018
To be honest, I was sceptic about seeing this movie since I've heard that so many people hadn't understood it at all. But I gave it a shot. I must say some parts of the movie are really disturbing (I am not really into scary movies or scenes). However, I've seen the movie only once but I can say that I understood it pretty well. Of course there were couple of minor questions but I got the picture of what it was. And this is my first Lynch movie ever.

I don't know why it has such a low rating
18 June 2018
I think this movie is even better than the first one, which is not often the case. It sends a strong message while the first movie doesn't send any message at all. I think also that the plot is way better than in the 1st one. That is why I don't know why it has lower rating that the first Lara Croft: Tomb Raider movie..

1 of my favourites!
18 June 2018
This is one of my favourite ScarJo's movies. I hear that a lot of people didn't like the movie, but I think it's definitely worth watching! I like this movie genre and it really suits her. I think that Scarlett had done an amazing job!

This movie has absolutely changed my view on what love is!
18 June 2018
I don't mind that the love story is about queer couple at all because the love story is just so real! It really touched me. Tbh, I felt it even more than I would in usual movies we see today. This movie tells you what love really is and what it should be. And I didn't really mind that it lasts for 3 hrs..It is absolutely worth seeing!! I highly recommend this movie to EVERYONE!
