Takt Op. Destiny: Master and Pupil -Lenny- (2021)
Damn..
People keep cutting onions in this episode. Stop it now.
Excellent episode progression, animation, and storytelling, I'm a sucker for emotional stuff and this one tapped it right on the nose. Salute to the creator or the story and the animation studio.
Boku no hîrô akademia: The Unforgiven (2021)
Why the hell was he released from prison in the first place?
Can someone please explain that..? Seems like a very lazy way to simply try to develop main characters growth and to redeem Todoroki's dad.
Lets keep in mind that yes we know law systems allow for a period before criminals are released. But could they really not tell from this guy's demeanor that he's literally going to commit crime the second he was released.
Absolutely dumb AF.

What even happened
I have no idea what happened towards the very end as there were too many tears obscuring my vision.
Vivy: Fluorite Eye's Song: Sing My Pleasure - I Love You (2021)
I expect great things form you, Tappei
After hearing that Tappei Nagatsuki was a coauthor of this series, I had very high hopes for it's potential storytelling. I'm glad my expectations were met.
I'm glad Studio WIT is also putting their all into this series with the excellent animation.
In short, this episode blew me away. Storytelling 10/10, Emotional Impact 9/10, Art and Animation 11/10, and we're only on episode 6, mind you. I get the feeling I'm going to want to rate this 20/10 by the time this season is over.
Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Choose me (2021)
All I see in the comments are 10 star reviews.
Rather than throwing a 1 star rating because you want to put down this show over the other ones you're watching. I dare you to write a review on why you think it justifies your 1 star rating. I bet you can't, that's why there's no 1 star reviews. Honestly one of the most skewed ratings I've ever seen where people either review a 10 or a 1.
All I see here are some of the best storytelling, character building stories I've ever seen. OSTs are always right on point. The emotional moments never felt cheap and was always hard earned, especially for this episode where it was being built up since the beginning of the first season.
JoJo no Kimyô na Bôken: The Mystery of King Crimson (2019)
Maybe if someone could explain everything i'd Enjoy this more but 90% of the whole thing made no sense.
Aside from fight scenes there seems to be nothing of substance in the sense that many things made very little sense.
The boss's plan was to kill his daughter, couldn't he just have had a capo do it? Why go through all the trouble?
I get how Bucciarati could possibly survive massive hole in the stomach by using sticky fingers to patch it back up. (Keep in mind this hole goes through his spine, so he should not be able to have any lower body motor function as his spine has been severed).
BUT there is no way someone can survive the second cut form left shoulder to center stomach, this goes right through the heart and you see him bleeding out for minutes. That's definitely death.
If the boss can see 5-10 seconds into the future, then shouldn't he have known about the tortoise sucking him in? It seems illogical that he would be surprised by that if he can see into the future.
You see Bucciarati surviving enough time to get up to the first floor. Then dies after getting body parts replaced by Giorno..? but then revives without any explanation? That is plot armor being way overdone in my opinion to the point it was hard to even watch? No sense has been made.
In a general aspect. The assassins that were going after our MC's party is also trying to find and kill the Boss.. Why not ally..? The whole situation just seems a bit dumb...
Anyway rant over, episode sucks, show has no substance other than cool fight scenes that most of the time don't even make sense.
Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu: Parent and Child (2020)
You really need to know how the characters think to understand the significance of this episode
MILD spoilers, a lot of this stuff is taken from Chibi Reviews on youtube, but represents how I feel about this ep.
Almost never do you see an isekai genre go in so much depth about a main character's past. At most, it will be quickly glossed over with no real substance. Re:Zero, unlike its counterparts, puts real meaning into understanding the character and the decisions MC has made up to this point, and does it in such a way that strikes you deep down to the point where you feel the same intense emotions as the characters.
This episode finally gave conclusion to everything Subaru went through from season 1, and that conversation he had with Rem in episode 18. This episode essentially has Subaru turned completely around and look directly at himself and his mistakes. It explains the kind of mindset Subaru was in throughout Season 1 when coming into this world, especially why he acts the way he did, and helps the audience understand the self-hate that he harbored for himself, the one that is resolved by episode 18 of season 1 when Rem gave Subaru the courage and tenacity to keep moving forward. Having forgotten everything in the past constructed by Echidna in the trial, he needed to find that will again. This was essentially a test to see whether Subaru can confront his past and overcome the burdens that he carried throughout his childhood and most of season 1. And I must say.. the way this was depicted was absolutely beautiful.
Chibi Reviews goes into greater depth of this episode and I suggest those who don't fully understand why people like this episode so much to grab a quick view:
