Youth of May (2021)

If you want to cry then it's a must watch

It's a masterpiece. I loved it and I cried. It's so emotional. Everyone acted so beautifully that I couldn't compare. It started great, middle is also great. The ending obviously will give you so much pain (it's great except Kim Myung Soo's stupidity but it's painful). Kim Myung Soo's stupidity just left me speechless. If you are a romcom fan, I don't wanna recommend it, nevertheless I recommend it cause it's a must watch. And if you want to watch a true beautiful sweet (but tragic) love story, then it must be on your watchlist. I want to give it a 9. But it gives me so much pain that I can't forget it, so I give it a 10! Lee Do Hyun is one of the finest kdrama actors I've ever seen. He'll surely shine in life. I wish for a very bright future for him. Go Min Shi's acting was also fabulous. Hwan Hee Tae's Dad acted really well that I hate him. He deserves to be praised actually. The whole team is fantastic. Portraying 1980 in 2021 is not an easy task. So definitely the team did their best.

Slice of life

It's really so good. The first episode somehow I found it difficult to stick on. But once you decide to go on, you can never go back and complete to watch it anyway. Each and every episode is praiseworthy. It was my first ever Japanese series in my watchlist (Well, I've watched many Japanese movies, but series, this one is first). It is so beautiful that I can't even describe it in words. Food has always a special space in my heart. If some shows are related to food I'll definitely watch it. I'm not well oriented with Maiko and Geigo culture but this show gives me a good idea, I think. Japanese culture is so sweet and beautiful and they are so kind. Kiyo's perspective of life, her personality really attracts me a lot. Every actors and actresses did their best. Hope you enjoy it.

Death's Game (2023– )

Must Watch for all who somehow lost!

It's one of the best kdramas I have ever seen. The storyline, screenplay, acting everything is upto top notch. Though the ending is somehow predictable that doesn't mean it's not pleasant to watch. The storyline is unpredictable. What will happens next always keeps me awake. And for this I gave it a 10. The last body he has been entered many of you can imagine it but just feel it what will you do if you face Ye Jae's condition in your life. That's the most important thing, I think. I can feel the pain, the pleasure, the anger, the vengeance and thus it make this drama a pure masterpiece. I can relate the situation. Anyone whoever lost the track of life don't lose hope, just go on; life will come back to you with a surprise. If not, just don't stop, lets keep moving. That's the lesson I learned from this masterpiece.

Falimy (2023)

Rolarcoaster of emotions

It's too good to watch. It's a pleasure to eye, ear and soul. 'Falimy' is love. I love Malayalam movies so far. 'Falimy' is a story of a family consists of five members. They live, they love, their complex relationship between each other all were shown so beautifully. I laughed, I cried. It's a total entertaining movie. Their journey, their story bring smile in my face. Personally I can relate a lot. My grandpa was died on 2021. I love my grandpa so much. His demise still give me pain. I wish he would with us forever. The way they all love their family members in this movie is so beautiful. It's a very common story of very common people in a very uncommon way. In the last family must be united. That's the very lesson. I love 'Falimy'. A kudos to the whole team to make such a wonderful movie.

Extraordinary Attorney Woo (2022)

The Best

Extraordinary Attorney Woo is one of the best tv series so far. The storytelling, the costume, the color combination, the chemistry everything is just perfect. The emotion, the intelligence of an Autistic Spectrum Disorder person everything is written and directed so beautifully. Every episode is double or triple watchable. I love all the episodes. But personally episode 6, the North Korean Mom case melt my heart. She has the charm to attract everyone maybe that's why Attorney Woo and Attorney Choi, and even I attracted to her most. Jeju Island trip was just mind-blowing. How they go there cheerfully but return as gloomy that's unpredictable. Woo Young Woo's father character is praiseworthy. He is a gem and a keeper. Jung Myung Seok's character is also praiseworthy. He is the mentor we all want in our life. Kwon Min Woo and Su Yeon, I love this pair. I want them to be together. Min Woo's grey character is warming. Don't know why I like him. And lastly talikng about Woo Young Woo and Lee Jun Ho. What a chemistry! The best. Park Eun Bin did her best and most perfect character in her life. This is the best tv series ever. It's not easy to act as an Autistic person. Park Eun Bin is AMAZING! And Lee Jun Ho, he is the perfect guy everyone wants to date. He is soft hearted, warming personality which only found in books or movies. I wish Lee Jun Ho exist in real life.

Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (2016–2017)

I cried, I loved

Guardian: The Lonely and Great God aka Goblin. What a series! It's fabulous. Though I watched it late but I'm happy and now I can die at peace that I've watched it in my lifetime. I love it. My cousin recommended it to me 6 years ago. But I procrastinate. Finally I've watched it this year and I made the best decision, I think. Goblin, Grim Reaper, Eun Tak, Sunny, Deok Hwa actually everybody did their best. I laughed, I cried, I overwhelmed, I flustered, I loved, I feared while watching this masterpiece. First it was a little bit tough for me to see first few Joseon Era, but then I literally love the series when I started relate the past with the present. Goblin is the best. Grim Reaper and Sunny just melt my heart. I love them. Actually I love the whole series.

Something in the Rain (2018)

Super slow!

This series started well but it's pretty hard for me to complete it. It was super slow. I don't think it is worth watching. Upto 10 episode, it is alright. But after that I struggle a lot to watch it. 11-14 episode was troublesome. I don't like it. 15 & 16 was just okay. I don't understand why they broke up for the second time. It is predictable they are meant to be together but why he left and at the last also apologize. Why should he apologize? It's not even his fault. Female lead (Yoon Jin ah) is quite annoying. Even I don't like this kind of fast growing relationship (also with someone like family). Though I can't blame her for that only. The male lead (Seo Jun hee) is so charming. No one can ignore him actually. 🤣 Jung Hae-In also acted so well. 10/10. Everybody fall for him, sure. Kyung Seon is a good character in this show. No one actually think her side. She not only lost her brother but also her best friend. Sometimes I feel Jin-ah's mother is also logical (but sometimes she overdone things). Jin-ah tells a lot of lies and then apologize. Wt.. Leave it. One of the main fact the office issue. I thought that should have get justice. But again disappointed.

The Childe (2023)

Good story to watch

'The Childe'! What a comeback Kim Seon-Ho! This movie is a pure diamond. If you don't watch it, then it's totally your loss. 1h 57m was not boring at all. Action scenes are marvelous. And so the plot is. Storyline is beautiful. Everybody in this movie has done their job quite well. Specially main 5 characters. They are all beautiful in their own way. Last scene left me speechless though. That means part 2 will be available if this one goes well. Antagonist and protagonist war is quite watchable. Marco played the best role I think. His story is so touching. I watched it in one seating. So it's not boring at all. Rather I enjoyed it.

Por Thozhil (2023)

One of the best crime thrillers in 2023!

Ashok Selvan never disappoints me with his projects. I literally love his choice of selection. This movie is also so good. Talking about Sarathkumar, I don't need to tell anything. He is a legendary actor. Respect as always. Other cast is so wonderful and it is totally a worth watching movie. They bring the suspense to it's utmost level. Storyline is beautiful. That's how a suspens thriller should be made. Back story is quite touching. That also gives a message to the society. Costume, choreography, bgm is also beautiful. No unnecessary songs here. Time related comedy is made. At least you never feel bored. Highly recommended.

Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha (2021– )

I love this series. I'm literally obsessed with it. It's a pure masterpiece and it gives a totally feel good vibe. You will love it, I must say. Chief Hong and Ms. Dentist's chemistry is on another level. Also other characters are portrayed so beautifully. KSH always has better chemistry with elder generation. Gam-ri and Du-sik's relationship is really worth praising. SMA and KSH is a cute dimple couple. I would love to watch them more in future. They are adorable. Also in this drama there is no toxic character, 2nd lead present but I think he is also adorable, no heart break, Du-sik's past is quite understandable, no overacting. After watching 'Start-up', I was disappointed. 'Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha' feels up my wound. It's a cute story in a country-side. Personally I can relate a lot. As I was born in a city but brought up in a countryside due to my parents transferrable job (and also my hometown is a village). Life in a countryside is beautiful. People are so welcoming in nature. You will never feel lonely. They are simple and always there for you when you need them. Simply they are living the life. I never feel bored watching this drama. 16 episodes ended so early. This drama is a pleasure for eye. It's a must watch.

Twenty Five Twenty One (2022)

It's a Masterpiece!

I loved this masterpiece. How can everybody have so much chemistry between each other! They literally give us the best. Every small detailing is so beautiful. Not only Heedo-Yijin and Yurim-Jiwoong but also Seungwan-Jiwoong, Heedo-Yurim, Yijin-Jiwoong, Heedo-Jiwoong, Seungwan-Yijin, Yurim-Yijin, Heedo-Seungwan, Seungwan-Yurim have much more chemistry. Seungwan school left scene left me broken. On the other hand comedy scenes are at it's best. I loved the school trip scenes so much. I literally love the show. Twenty five twenty one shows us the journey, not the destination. First few days I can not also bear the fact that they broke up. But further day by day I realized it that it's beautiful in it's own way. And I don't want season 2 unless they changed the fact. Some things are better left unspoken. I can watch this masterpiece more than once. It never feels bored. Taeri and Joo-hyuk are just awesome. Actually everyone did their best. I applause the whole team.

Start-Up (2020)

I feel bad for Ji-pyeong. And stuck at episode 6.

I usually love Nam Joo-hyuk. I also started watching this show only for him. But after watching upto 4 episode, I lost motivation. I can't root for Do-san and I stucked at episode 6. I am totally confused wheather I should watch it further more or not. I surely know Do-san is the main character and it is so predictable. So why should I waste my time. After watching twenty five twenty one, I literally love the Yijin's character. But both my heart and mind doesn't support Do-san. I feel really bad for Han Ji-pyeong. So I can't lebelled this drama as a masterpiece. Rather I would say it's average. And after labelling it as an average I again feel sorry for Han Ji-pyeong. He deserves the best at least.

2018 (2023)

The Real Kerala Story indeed

'2018' is a great movie. This is the best so far. Tovino Thomas, I am a big fan, man. Respect. The whole team did a tremendous job. Literally everyone is a hero. This is 'The Real Kerala Story' indeed. Each and every character plays a vital role from their own perspective. And that's why the movie is amazing. It is based on true events and I literally terrified on that time how people will survive. But the thing is the southern part of India is well organized and obviously beautiful. They also proved it during lockdown also. 'The Kerala model' for the quarantine was also appreciated worldwide. Kerala is beautiful. I would love to visit oneday.

Nitham Oru Vaanam (2022)

I really loved the concept. The choreography, screenplay, music, chemistry, the whole team is just awesome. Each story has it's own flavor. When I first watch one part I thought how can it be better next and they never disappointed me. The storytelling is up to best. It's a feel good movie. Whenever you feel sad or low, just watch it, it never disappoints you, I guarantee. I've already seen twice. What can I add more. Ashok Selvan is a gem. The way he portrays the characters is literally on another level. As an INTROVERT, I assure you, it's not easy to communicate with the outer world. This movie is for every introvert. It's a must watch movie. So why are you wasting time by reading the reviews? Just go and watch the movie.

Mudhal Nee Mudivum Nee (2022)

Feel good movie

It is a good movie to watch. The 90's vibe is something on different level. Maybe all the characters are newcomers except the CUPID. Nevertheless they did a tremendous job. Vinoth, Rekha, Chinese, Anu, Francis, Richard, Thirumal, Catherine (even Vicky) did a great job. This movie bringing back memories of every 90's kid. Though the initial ten minutes was little bit slow. Even I was confused with whether I should watch it or not. But I decide to watch it. And it is a worth watching. The music was good. The chemistry between the characters are quite good. The friendship, love life, prankish behavior of the characters are also good. Totally it is a worth watching movie I must say.

Wanna rate this movie 'a minus'. But that's not possible. IMDB please add this kind of options. I hate this movie. What a nonsense movie! Bollywood is junk and so this kinds of movies are. And also this kind of requirements in this review option. How can I describe this junk movie into six hundreds letters. It is enough a one word consists of four letter. And the word is 'junk'. I can also describe it as a waste product of Karan Johar. He is a... tut tut tut. I can't also describe it in words. And see what, after all these nonsense writings now it is left fifty lettes more. Thats quite impressive. Finally I can finish this review. 😁 Extraordinary me!

Thiruchitrambalam (2022)

Loved it

It's a wonderful movie. Dhanush and Nithya Menen just nailed it. I am so overwhelmed by the movie. Fabulous acting, just mind-blowing direction and the Megham Karukkatha song is just 'wow'.

Just loved it as the way it is. Actually I like every character of this movie like Pazham's father Prakash Raj, Pazham's grandpa Sr. Thiruchutrabalam, Shobana's brother, Pazham's uncle, grandpa, grandma. Just wow. It is totally a family movie. You can freely enjoy it a lot either alone or with family, whatever you want. And though I think the end is somehow predictable, but it should be ended like this. That's beautiful. Hats of to the writer, director, actor-actress as well as the whole team.

Nostalgia

We (me and my cousins) used to eagerly waiting for this show in our childhood. It was beautifully written and directed as well. I feel truly nostalgic right now just thinking about this show. Abir, Zara, Laboni, Ferdous, Barun every character still running in my mind. After that there was a gaming show named 'BBC Janala Mojay Mojay Shekha' also broadcast which was hosted by Rumana Malik Munmun. Those BTV days were just mind-blowing. There were 24 episodes in this Bishaash drama. The actress Shama Rahman, Arabi Rahman and actor Sayed Babu did a splendid job. It was produced by BBC World Service Trust. This was wonderful days actually.

This movie is better but not best. I think Chhichhore, M S Dhoni, Sonchiriya, Kai po che, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! was far better than this one. Nevertheless I gave 8 star. But actually I wanna give 7. And the last ending little bit different from 'The fault in our stars'. And I don't like that part. Saif should come to his funeral and eulogy part should be made like that previous movie. 5 more minutes should be added. 1hour 41minutes is not enough I think. I am not a critic. Maybe I am a terrible one. But it's all about my thoughts. #selfmusing
