A Haunting: Field of Ghosts (2017)
She sees dead people
Unlike the Sixth Sense, this chick sees dead people and then develops a drug habit and ends up with a felony record. Knowing that makes sense when you see her interview, cause she was either on something or really slow.
Alien Highway (2019)
Wouldn't expect a 2nd season
Firstly, I'd like to say that a lack of evidence does not evidence make. Just because you can't PROVE that it IS a dog, doesn't mean that it PROVES it was IS an alien. By that logic, every squirrel I hear run across my roof that I don't see with my own eyes COULD be an alien, or Santa Claus for that matter.
Secondly, why is the chick from Paranormal State on here, dressing like a giant toddler? One of the show's producers should spend a few bucks and invest in a stylist for her. School's over, time to put away the costume jewelry and bad makeup. If you want to stay on-camera, look around at some of the more successful TV personalities and notice they don't wear blue eyeshadow and children's earrings.
I enjoy even some of the cheesiest of paranormal/UFO shows, JG is one of my favorite people on TV to watch, but AH is just painfully bad. I understand the need to build drama and create interest but faking government agents and such is not the way to go about it. Especially in such an obvious way ( I've never known a government agent to drive a Chrysler.) Just because it's a black car, doesn't mean you can sell it as a spook.
I don't much care for Chuck, he seems like he believes everything and molds any evidence (or lack of evidence) to fit his beliefs. His son Dan is ok, but not enough personality to carry the show. Finally, there's a reason why PS never gave Heather more than 1 line per episode, and her performance on this show proves it.
Travel Channel will give even the lamest show a chance, but I would be SHOCKED if they spent another dime on this show. This is one of those one-season series.
Demoniac (2020)
This should be a negative 4 stars
This movie was just simply awful. I knew right away from the eardrum-busting scream at the intro that this was going to be bad. Basically, you have a pretty girl with a bad dye job and worse camera skills roaming around a rent house decorated with some cheesy "satanic" art. She spends most the movie arguing with her unintelligible side kick (did I mention they're both Irish?)
The movie relies on random super-loud screams to present some sort of jump effect and then before you know it, the movie's over (thankfully).
I wouldn't watch this movie again even if it were the only movie left in the world. That should tell you all you need to know.
Lycan (2017)
Cheesy with a side of cheese
Definitely not a prime piece of filmmaking. They honestly thought they could pass off a 37 yr old as a college student? Everything about this movie felt so random. It embodied all the cheesy cliché's of every B horror film.
