The Challenge (2003)
This is probably one of the best, if not the best M-k & A movie out there!
In my opinion, this has to be the best Mary-Kate and AShley movie I have seen and I am a fan so I have seen quite a lot of them! The sister's true personalities come out more in this movie and it's a lovely plot including them as estranged sisters getting to know each other better, which ironically also helps the audience get to know them as individuals too.
One of my favourite bits of this movie is actually the names of M-K and A's characters, as unlike many of their previous movies, their names don't begin with M & A, like their on names and they are left to be individual on their own, instead of by their names. If you understand what I'm trying to say here....
Anyway, a great movie worth a watch, especially if you're a Mary-Kate and AShley fan to begin with, it wraps up their TV movie career really well and flicks back to some of their favourite bits of their careers. Great!!!
Top of the Pops: Reloaded (2005)
Top Of The Pops Reloaded - It's FAB!!!!!
I've just watched the New Year Special and it's the best episode yet! I love this show!
How could any show with the beautiful Fearne Cotton and the Scrumptious Sam (Nixon) and Mark (Rhodes) be described as anything other than fabulous!?! Then add Radio 1 presenters J-K and Joel into the equation and you really can't get any better!
An on-going music show for teenagers that I hope will go on forever!
A truly fabulous show with great guests each week including lots of UK favourites like The Pussycat Dolls, Son Of Dork, McFly and Girls Aloud!!!
Miss it.. Miss out!!!!
The Wonderful World of Disney: Life-Size (2000)
Once again Lindsay Lohan and Tyra Banks are fabulous!!
Is there any other word you could think of to describe Tyra Banks other than fabulous? She's as beautiful as any doll you've ever come across...
And that's exactly what she is in this movie: A doll!
Casey is given a doll for her birthday by her widowed father's friend, but she's not interested. All Casey cares about is her dead Mum and she'll do anything to get her back. Casey finds a book which contains a spell to bring back the dead, a re-awakening spell and tries to use it to bring back her Mum, but it all goes horribly wrong! Instead Casey wakens her doll and brings her to life! At first Casey is very upset and hates Eve, her doll, for ruining her chance of having her Mum back, but then gradually she gets to know Eve and appreciates her... She even learns that she can't bring back her Mum, she's gone and she has to live with it and love her Dad with all her might, she still has him and needs to appreciate him more too... But then Eve goes too and both Casey and her Dad are distraught, but they still have each other!
This is a beautiful movie in my opinion, especially for little girls, but personally...
I can't wait to go and buy this movie in the shops!!!! A must see for any young family or for any young or teen girls! Especially Tyra Banks fans like myself, or Lindsay Lohan fans!
Awesome!
Mean Girls (2004)
Mean Girls! It's Awesome!
This has to be without a doubt my favourite movie of all time! The humour, the great outfits and the cute guys has to be on any girl's A-list!
With a catchy soundtrack and a hilarious plot you can't go wrong, but add Lindsay Lohan to that and you can't get any better!
Tina Faye really knows how to entertain an audience, the first female writer on Saturday Night Live, again she has made history with this movie!
I don't know anyone that has seen this movie that hasn't loved it and isn't able to at least quote "Mathletes? That's social suicide!" Yet Cady Heron (Lindsay Lohan) 'Mathlete' and 'Plastic' jingle-bell rocks into the limelight once again with this movie! A top teen film with all of the right qualities!
If you haven't seen this movie, you really have to!
Mean Girls Rocks!!!! (It Jingle-bell ROCKS!!!)
The Princess & the Marine (2001)
The Princess and the Marine is an outstanding movie in my opinion! A*
I found this movie not only delightful to watch, but also a very touching and moving story. Based on a true story it is both romantic and heart breaking with an excellent cast including one of my favourite actors and the reason I chose to watch this movie, Mark-Paul Gosselaar, best known for his role in the American TV series, Saved By The Bell.
Much chemistry is shown between the actors, which supports the plot line incredibly well. At times I found myself close to tears, but still enjoyed the movie and felt my heart go out to the people who's story this movie represented.
A heart gripping film that should definitely be on your to watch list! I truly recommend it!
