Let's just invent history

Don't believe the 8.2 rating. I waded through the cesspool of profanity and nudity for a full season. This calmed in season two....only to introduce an LBGxxxx theme with a main character. The story lines tend to drag a bit but the battle scenes are solid. The nudity is just plain gratuitous and often lends nothing to the story itself. The language is extremely crude in today's standards and would probably get a person hanged back in the 1700's. Hollywood today can ruin anything they touch and this is just another piece of agenda pushing drivel. Could have been good but they, as has been their recent trend, ruined it. 13 episodes and I'm done.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 (2023)

Psychedelic Colossal Disappointment

This was the absolute most disappointing end to a franchise. If you go into this with expectations, give them to the employee when you hand them your money. The writers must have been high through the entire writing process. The ending ruined one of the most lovable characters. The writers are mocking us with this rubbish of a script. They sat back and said "watch us write garbage and they'll still pay the money anyway". This is as far from a 8+ rating as you can get. I'm confident that this platform is suppressing the negative reviews! One theatre goer I heard on the way out described it accurately and eloquently by saying "steaming pile of poo!"

Warrior Nun (2020–2022)

Blasphemous and Just Plain Weird

Each episode is named after a Bible verse but that is where the proper Bible application ends. There is so much heresy in these episodes is revolting. It's no accident that the main antagonist looks and acts like Christ. They would have done better to keep this whole thing out of the church and the Bible. It would have been less cringy.

Each actor did a fairly good job with what he/she were given. The acting is good. The CGI is relatively good. As it the series went on it became harder and harder to watch. I finished only to say that I saw the whole thing. It jumped the shark in two short seasons.

Big Kill (2019)

It's part fun part western

If you know that going in, you can enjoy it. If you think it's a Tombstone remake, you'll be disappointed. Good acting, great chemistry. Could move a little faster. All in all, fun movie

Designated Survivor (2016–2019)

One and Two good, Season three is downright preachy

I'm going to focus on season three. The political side went from a very centrist (in season 1 & 2) but season 3 is all anti one political party. The language went from rated PG to rated R. The subject material also went PG to rated R. I would not recommend this program beyond seasons one and two.

Mission to Mars (2000)

This is serious?

If this was a spoof movie in a genre that was for spoofs, it would be good. This was a serious and terribly written with ideas that would have been left on the cutting room floor of other movies. So hopeful with the big names and was completely disappointed.

Attack of the Lederhosen Zombies (2016)

Just bad

I wish I had not wasted my time. The CGI of animals is awful and the acting is forced.
