The story starts out intriguing, we definitely get to understand who Angela (the main character) is, her background, her job, her struggles since the pandemic and her ongoing fight with agoraphobia. She discovers disturbing audios during her work as essentially someone who listens to an Alexa device - which, spoiler alert, leads absolute NOWHERE!?
My issue starts about half way through the movie, too many open ended scenes with no conclusions, LITERALLY NONE, too many unanswered parts in the plot, WHO IS THE WOMAN, WHY WAS SHE KILLED, WHO IS THE MAN BEING BLACKMAILED FOR MONEY? All for an incredibly quick and underwhelming end to the film where she becomes stuck in her apartment with 3 men who literally come out of nowhere, to, again, a very underwhelming "fight scene" in which she is able to take down 3 men with a nail gun, and then all of a sudden we go to a shot of her empty house whilst the closing scene shows her happily outside the house with her boyfriend.
Good acting secures this a 5* at best.
