Non-sensical movie. Zero connection to real life. John Wick could have been "manufactured" in lab to have extra-human capabilities. Nothing scientific about the hero, yet he has all the superpowers of X-men.

The writer has a clear understanding of Western education system as envisioned by current Social Sciences discipline. In this worldview, truth does not matter; feeling matter. Only a delusional Westerners living in their bubble can believe in this. To the outsiders, who don't suffer from cultural/moral relativism, this is a warning for the West and to the rest of the world.

Osmosis Jones (2001)

Brilliant educational and humorous movie.

I would recommend it to all high schoolers. It is brilliantly crafted with well thought-out humor. It teaches anatomy, physiology and above all, cleanliness, to young kids.

The start is catchy and interesting. But when the dust settles, it's all just boring concept, karma and sh**, bringing someone back by killing someone else etc. Totally disappointing. I kept wishing for a twist, but it was all predictable.

The movie shows how parents can indoctrinate their children into anything. Some people find it odd, but consider the mythological indoctrination all around us, I think this movie presents a highly plausible scenario.

In-depth story should not compromise humor. Coco, like Finding Dory, was focused on the drama, but in animated movies for children, there should be a lot of quality jokes and humor.

Why the negativity about this brilliant movie?

Sometimes average movies (like "Finding Dory") get top rating, while a good movie (like Emoji) get low rating. May be the reason lies in how it is projected, or may be it's a joint witch burning event (if one person/reviewer gives a thumbs down, rest keep following that). Anyways, Emoji has all the necessary contents of a good movie: new concepts (Emoji pop dance), humor, interesting story, and accurate presentation. Cheers.
