Them (2021)
See, y'all pissing people off!!
I am on s1e7.
This cast is amazing, and yes, I get mad at some stuff, but I keep watching ππ. I could hurt Alison's character. Alison is a good actress. I've seen her in other shows.
Debora is absolutely talented and gorgeous, but girl, you know you do t turn yo (not your) back on crazy mofos! And you always pick up a weapon to fight! You in yo own house, you betta find a weapon! And fight!! Stab, stick, hit, something!
I am loving Ashley's character. I really like when he becomes his other personality because it fights back. I love the look on Ashley's facial expressions when he is the alter ego of himself.
There are so so many talented actors on this show from little creepy Melody's character to Dale.
I am obsessed with Jeremiah's character, Da Tap Dance Man. Jeremiah brings the funny, serious, and outrageous to the point where I want to slap him for that black face makeup. Dude!!! He makes it work for this character. Bottom line, feed me. I want more ππΎ
The Blacklist (2013)
I loved Raymond Reddington (James Spader)
James Spader is undoubtedly one of the best, if not the best, actors. I loved James Spader as Raymond Reddington. He and Dembe were two of my favorite characters on this show. Through the years of watching this show, Raymond has kept me on the end of my seat. Every time I've seen James Spader in a show, he's kept me in the end of my seat. Raymond Reddington was liked my a bull! How poetic! I loved that ending. Donald found his guy! I loved the lead up to Raymond's demise with Dembe and Harold's speech/conversation about (and I'm paraphrasing here) the adventures of life. Thank you to the cast of The Blacklist. Well done!!! James Spader is a helleva an actor!!
Gilmore Girls (2000)
Lorelei is sickening
I'm in season 4 episode 9. Lorelei is the sixteen year old, entitled, airhead who never grew up. She's childish (not in a cute way), self centered, obvious, disrespectful to her mom, and clueless to others and their feelings. For a grown woman to be this childish every day is a problem . She plays too much and dismisses what others ask her NOT to do. It's not her bubbly personality that's a problem, it's her childishness. She doesn't seem to have mental issues. She's childish and it's sickening. I was going to wait to review this show, but this character is all of the things I mentioned above. Rory is entitled too. Her tree!!?? Get some manners and realize the world does not revolve around you. I know this is fiction, but people usually write based on some life experiences. I hope there is not a grown woman in the world who acts this way. I love Sookie and Emily (Lorelei's mommy). Maybe Lorelei does have mental issues.
1883 (2021)
ATROCIOUS TN accents
I just started watching this show. I'm on episode 2 right now. I dealt with and overlooked that atrocious TN accent by the narrating daughter, Elsa Dutton. In the first episode, she needed to be slapped. From the hotel window, she narrates and then goes to sleep in a tiny 1883 hotel room. A man loudly enters the wrong room and she hears NOTHING!!!??? NOTHING!! That was terrible writing. I know this is fiction, but do better with the writing!! Is Elsa or her little brother deaf? If so, that was NEVER mentioned. If they are NOT deaf, how do you explain them not hearing that heavy man bump the door several times, rattle and shake the knob, and then enter the room loudly? This heavy guy even laid in the bed with Elsa and it took her time to wake up! The bed didn't even move!! Just stop with this type of writing! The scene didn't match the writing. Do better!!! Do better with my Tennessee accents. I am a Tennesseean. When I hear the accent from these actors, it doesn't sound like home. Research and talk to more people from TN because the actors don't have the accent down yet. The narrating with the terrible TN accent makes it worse. I like cowboy shows and I love the seasoned actors on the show.
Elsa's TN accent narration is like nails on a chalkboard to my ears. Do better!!!
BBT (Billy Bob Thornton) is the coolest SOB on this show so far!! Like that tilted hat.
I finished the first season. I like this show, but Elsa's TN accent and narration were terrible. I stand by that! Faith and Tim are absolutely incredible. Sam and LaMonica were superb! All cameos were fantastic! I'm looking forward to season 2.
FBI: Most Wanted (2020)
The writing for
The writing for
S4E16 was HA-riffic. The episode was named Imminent Threat (3). The character from FBI International was terrible. I believe his name is Scola. He continues to disobey orders, gets blown up and not a hair out of place. COME ON people!!! This is NOT realistic. I know the show is fake, but don't make it DUMB!!! I hope our FBI is not that incompetent. What happened??!! Did the show change and get cheap writers? What's going on? All that shouting and loud background music does not balance out the bad writing for these FBI shows. I bet the actors are saying "This is unrealistic and a disgrace to our real FBI!" Do better. The writing is pretty bad.
FBI (2018)
The writing for S5E17 sucks!!!
Who would send a visibly, big belly, pregnant woman to a shoot out? Why would a visibly, big belly, pregnant woman go to a shoot out? This doesn't make sense, so it had to be written by a man!!! I'm sure the actress playing Nina must have told the male writers that a clear thinking pregnant would NEVER put her unborn child in such danger. This was too stupid to fathom! When the Nina character pops out the car like she's Billie Jean BadAss, wanting to run pregnant towards danger, I sat up and thought why is she even in the car? She disobeyed orders and got shot. Now she's begging??!! This was TERRABLE TERRABLE, not terrible, but TERRABLE writing!! And it was just STUPID!!! I rated a 1 for action. Zero is not an option. Do better!!!
Sextuplets (2019)
Funny AF!
Just found this movie and needed this laugh. Marlon played seven different characters. Dawn and Ethan were my favorites. Dawn was a bad (as in good in her own way) girl. The character was a little over the top, but none the less hilarious. Ethan was so talented! His dress code and that gold toof was terrible 70's pimp wanna be. I absolutely loved his softer side and his talent. Russell , Jasper, and Baby Pete rounded up the sextuplets. Baby Pete was a hustler. Marlon is talented. This did remind me of Eddie Murphy, Martin Lawrence, and Tyler Perry. What's good about talent is that you can do the same thing and make it yours. Marlon did that!
Ted Lasso (2020)
This show makes me smile
I love this show. I love the characters. They're all funny when I need a laugh. They make me cry when they come together and show love. Jason is so good in this role. We need a nice, goofy, approachable, compassionate guy on tv right now and Ted Lasso is that guy for me. I will write another review, but I love this show. Hannah, Brett, Jeremy, James, Toheeb, Kola, Nick, Cristo and the rest of the cast are all delightful. Nonso Anozie as Sam's dad (Ola Obisanya) was a power vision. I also liked seeing the Bisciuteers shop - just lovely. I want to visit this part of England. Thank you for such a positive show.
Beef (2023)
Love Love Love
This show was unique, eye-opening, dramatic, funny, and made me cry all in one. The actors are superb!!! The director did a fantabulous job!!! Please create more works of are. Ali and Steven were super good! Young and Joseph, hats off to you two. David was funny as f$&@, then the character went ballistic (in a good actor way). The entire cast, great acting chops. I like Patti as Fumi and the little girl. The sidekick bandits were great additions.
I want to see more, more, more.
Road rage is intense and probably has lead to this level of insanity. Don't engage with crazy! They may follow you.
Thank you for this series! Can you tell that I'm excited??!!
The Reading (2023)
MoNique was Marvelous
MoNique was fantastic in this movie. She can act and she did a great job as "crazy". Another thing I will say about this Lee Daniels (starring MoNique) movie, The Reading, is that they didn't hire any technical people. One dude got shot in the chest and he's still awake, still alert, talking, and he was walking and running too...for a long time after he was shot in the chest. When you get shot in the chest, that just don't happen. Black people believe in Miracles, but that's crazy!!! I guess "they" decided not to shot him in the leg, because he can't run fast, so let's shot him in the chest πππππππ.
The other actors were good, but MoNique was marvelous.
The Woman King (2022)
The Woman King is a must see!!
The Woman King is a must see. Viola Davis is phenomenal. The warrior women are so strong and absolutely beautiful. Oh my goodness, Viola Davis took her craft to another level. We know that she's a good actress, but she was The Woman King. I loved Sheila Atim as Amenza, Thuso Mbedu as Nawi, and especially Lashana Lynch as Izogie. I did wonder how that sharks took stayed in that child for nineteen years. That should have cause an infection, but that how Nanisca knew her daughter.
You can tell by a person's confidence level by their body language. The women warriors showed strength and courage. That's why I lived this movie and it deserves "10" stars. Come on now!!!
Walker (2021)
TERRIBLE WRITING
I like the seasoned actors on this show. I DON'T like the children. They don't have respect for others and they are entitled. The writing is so stupid!!! What American law enforcement agency will let a snotty nosed child come in and answer the phones??!! This snotty nosed ass hole child just happens to be the one who receives the call from crooks. A Texas Ranger has been kidnapped and his brother is out galavanting and shopping. What is he shopping for, CruditΓ©s? Why the eff would he be out shopping for anything??!! Do better with the writing. I'm glad those crooks beat up Walker's kids. They deserved it! Again, do better with the writing. Are you beginners?? Seriously, do better. The good actors on the show deserve no less. Because of the stupid writing, I have to rate the show a 6. The 6 is because of the unrealistic writing, but the actors are solid. The actors do what they can with what they have.
P-Valley (2020)
Not just drama, dramatic acting
This is not just an ass shaking show, it's a drama baby!!!! The scenes between Teak and Lil' Murda characters had me screaming at the TV!!! Come on Teak, you crazy but don't do that! Oh maine!
I love the way they just looked at one another and just got "it". Teak, Teak, Teak! Ole crazy Teak. I am loving the great, dramatic acting. Pole dancing is an art. Teach me!!!
Coach is selfish. Get over yourself it dude!
Well done P-Valley, well done. This is not just an ass shaking show, it's a drama baby!!!! The scenes between Teak and Lil' Murda characters had me screaming at the TV!!! Come on Teak, you crazy but don't do that! Oh maine.

Alaskan Killer Bigfoot (2021)
I believe in Bigfoot, but this crap is FAKE
1st - who goes to an island that has been abandoned twice because Bigfoot is killing folk?
2nd - it amazes me that these people think that they have the right to own this island because their elders lived there 70 years ago. As explained in the show, their elders were not the first people to settle there on Portlock.
3rd - when you know that this Bigfoot (or whatever) is killing and dismembering folk, why would you walk alone in them there wood? Stupid and fake
4th - why do they always have to go out looking when it's dark?
5th - the dogs don't bark.
6th - I didn't see where the dogs sniffed the "rubbery " scat. Because it was probably rubber that was placed there for effect.
There are so many more things that are wrong with shows like this - the biggest one is "they NEVER show Bigfoot"!! Leave Bigfoot alone!! They isolate themselves for a reason. They don't want to be bothered with violent human beings.
A Haunting (2005)
The Narrator's Voice (Tony Call)
The Narrator of this show has an amazing voice. It's naturally smooth and haunting at the same time. He doesn't go out of his way to sound spooky and creepy. He simply tells the story. Of all the haunting shows, he is above and beyond the best.
Swamp People (2010)
Willie with his son BIG (Little Willie) π³
I like Willie with his son (Little Willie). Willie has calmed down a lot since the earlier seasons. He's more patient with his son than his dad was with him. I love closed caption, but I can understand Willie more this season.
Broadchurch (2013)
Did DI Hardy catch a cab to a fight
In season 2, Lee Ashworth called DI Hardy to report that Rickey Gillespie found where he worked. Gillespie was about 25 feet from Ashworth. DI Hardy caught a cab to the location. Gillespie was beating on Ashworth. That was too funny π. A police detective caught a cab to the crime while it was still going on.
πππ€£π€£πππ€£π€£
There was a lot of crime in the Broadchurch area.
π¬π³
The writing for the show is elementary and child like. It does not go unnoticed that there are NO guns in this series. I truly appreciated that. Although I found the writing to be unpolished, their way of life was simpler in Broadchurch and that's nice.
Master (2022)
Confusing
This movie is confusing. Black cafeteria ladies being me to mean and cold to the only Black student in the room - that does not make sense to me. Micro and overt racism is present, but then what? I do see this movie and the main characters as being underdeveloped. It's like the writer(s) threw pieces of crap from all directions hoping something would stick. I'm confused. The best part is when Regina's character said f#%& to that white woman. That's where I am now.... The writing is underdeveloped with no true course of thought. The actors are good though. They worked with what was written. Regina's character was weak, timid, and soft spoken to the point of passive aggressive. I would not recommend this movie because it's unfinished.
Just like in real life, the white characters were entitled, oblivious, know it alls.
Pieces of Her (2022)
Andy is a stupid person
Andy (Andrea) was the stupidest 30 year old. This character was oblivious. She knew that Uncle Jasper recorded her phone call with the FBI agent, but she met the agent at the designated location anyway. Andy could have called the agent and changed the location. I hate terrible writing, but to make this 30 year old person that oblivious is just dumb!
Grey's Anatomy (2005)
I love Grey's Anatomy, but I don't like whiny Teddy Altman
Teddy's husband, Owen, has a secret. Teddy can't get Owen to tell her the secret. Teddy asks Dr. Hayes what Owen is keeping from her. Dr. Hayes tells Teddy to ask her husband, Owen. The wife of the man, who Owen help die, comes to visit Owen in the hospital. Teddy sees Owen give this woman the keys to his truck. Apparently the two had a private discussion before Teddy walked in the room. The woman leaves and Teddy is getting ready to follow her, but Owen asks Teddy to drop it. Teddy follows this woman to where Owens truck is parked. By Owens' instructions, the woman retrieved something from his truck. Teddy asked the woman what she took out of Owens' truck. The woman did not say anything and Teddy threatened to call the police. REALLY!!! Is Teddy being a Karen?? Using the threat of the police against this woman because the woman is Hispanic? Is Teddy implying that the Hispanic woman is stealing something, while she's using the keys that Owen gave to her? Is this woman supposed to be scared? Whiny Karen Teddy. I don't like her.
Bel-Air (2022)
I am still loving the new Bel-Air
I love this new concept of the life of Will Smith in Bel-Air. The characters are original, but Fresh. Get it? Fresh...
Geoffrey reminds me of the original, but there is something different...both are smoove (more than smooth). The new Geoffrey has that uuummm flava and he has an edge to him. Come on ladies!! Can I get an amen??!!
Wonderful characters.
Marcella (2016)
Let's see what happens
I just started watching this series. The music doesn't always match the event. The main character (Marcelle) over acts. I weird to see a police officer or detective, walk with his/her hands in their coat. Marcelle was tailing a suspect when she decided to take a picture. She had the camera volume is way up when taking a picture of a suspect. I understand that this is a European and mannerisms are different from those of Americans, but a detective walking around with her hands in her big coat pockets makes her look weak and off guard. Let's see what happens in the upcoming episodes - maybe the writing and music will get better. I changed my rating from 6 to a 4. I'm on S2E6. S2E8 - I changed the rating to a 3. This writing for this show is all over the place. It's good she doesn't have a gun. Marcella is not really an "intelligent" officer and she is not a likable person. I don't know if the writers are trying to portray her as tough, but it does not come across that way. Her walk is weird. The kids are better off and safer in boarding school. Maybe season 3 will help this rating...Let's see what happens...
Okay, I'm back... s3e8 was chaotic. It seems like it was written by someone who could form a clear, concise thought. The writing was almost elementary. The ending was terrible. People shooting and stabbing one another, but the police deceive does not have a gun. He strolls onto private property owned by a drug cartel and he's just a walking. That did not make sense. Frank checked out - no explanation there. Keira (Marcella) disappears to an unknown location only to appear months later ( I deduced because the baby is older) at an airport bar. The bar telephone rings and it's for her (Marcella). She had changed her name to Miss Howard, but the person on the phone asked for Marcella Backland. Confusing and does not make sense. The writing was all over the place and confusing. I changed my rating to a 2. ππΎ
The Game (2021)
Well written
I like the reboot of the game. This show is well written. The show portrays issues that are in the news and issues that the Black Community faces on a daily basis. Tasha Mack is funny and seriously about business and family (friends). Tasha...you were strong girl!!! I know you fired that white entitled woman (name not necessary), but she needed to be punched directly in the nose. I loved your natural-just beautiful.... I hope your daughter is just as strong as you. The white woman needed to be dragged though.... As you can see, I'm in my feeling about her messing with that child's hair, like it was nothing.
Malik is coming in serious and strong. Thank you so much for bringing mental health in the Black Community to up. We are getting better with getting "professional therapy" and not just talking to "If I was you" people.
Tasha will milk a cow in Red Bottoms and buy a whole school too. It was good to see Derwin and Jason. Both great actors and I hope they come back often. Good to see how much Brittany has grown and still growing. I really like the humility of the Jamison Fields character. I hope that his mom accepts help.
Keep up the great writing and the great acting. Can't wait to see how these characters are developed. Looking forward to next season.
Let's get it, let's go!!!
Congratulations y'all.
True Story (2021)
I loved this show
I told my niece to watch the first episode because she was going through family drama with another family member. I was trying to make the point that you have to love some family at a distance and sometimes you have to sever ties completely. She and I both watched the entire series and we both loved it. This was my midnight text response to my niece:
" OMG!! I wanted to text or call, but thought you were asleep. Shonda pray for me because I loved the fact that he killed his brother. Carlton was NEVER gonna stop!! I liked this show a lot and I loved the ending."
Curb Your Enthusiasm (2000)
Larry David is so funny!
I just watched episode 4 of season 11 (The Watermelon). Larry and the klansman made me laugh so hard, I almost peed myself. Is there a "decent klansman"? Larry finds the dumbest stuff to argue about -dropping a piece of Pirate's Booty on the floor. She should have picked it up by the way and Woody should have picked up the grapeπ.
I love me some Susie. You go Susie -sewing the Star of David on the klansman robe. ππππππππππππ€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£π€£
