Creepshow: Gray Matter/The House of the Head (2019)
Take the time I guarantee you'll enjoy it.
To get stuck at the beginning of a short story by steven king, you'll see into the darkness of depression and slowly changing everything about you. Nothing works, nothing helps its just a deeper and deeper hole and you slowly need other things to fulfill your need. Not all sickness are visible, but some are.
The imagination of a child and they day to day happening of the Smith-Smith's. They have a beautiful dream house but seem to have some changes around the house but not sure why. So they get the police involved and things take a dark turn. What will become of the Smith-Smiths, will they live a fairy tail life, or will there darkest dreams come true.
I loved this episode, they stayed very true to steven kings story. And finding a dream house that isn't as beautiful as you first thought. Sometimes dreams just shouldn't come true.
Creepshow: Skeletons in the Closet/Familiar (2021)
It's great, and let the magic of film take you away.
So this one starts with a very basic premise, but then slowly shows you the magic of props and famous shots from movies. Look for them they are not hard to miss and if you don't know where they are from inqure about all those movies and watch em.
Now the second part is a much creepier episode, and may make you wonder how familiar are you with those around you. Are you safe, do help build up, or are you worries that someone or something is out to get you.
So remember all these episode are masterpieces in their own. It's not always always about how gory, scary, or gross. It's about what is or could be. A little realism with the fantastic.
