The Hitman's Bodyguard (2017)
More netflix racist trash
I think this reviewer summed it up nicely: It's a Netflix movie so everyone knows what that means at this point:
Interracial relations, beta white male bait, racism, strong dominant genius gender quotas for female bosses and more or less lead, supposed to match the acting experience of an evil white racist villain, the black hero and the bait. Mixed with Netflix algorithms that tells what people "like" for each genres.
If you like cliché after cliché, "motherfucker" after "motherfucker" couple friendly i.e. female friendly watered down action with an eye candy bait for them to be okay to watch it, while the boyfriend hopes Jackson says a sentence without "motherfucker" pushed into the script. This is the movie for you, especially if you have never seen a movie before.
1 out of 10 points out of respect for Jackson. The good days are behind you, but it's not your fault.
Wheelman (2017)
Another steaming pile from Netflix
I have an open mind when it comes to movie plots. I started out with very little skepticism and let the story run its course. Every time I thought the movie was going to pick up in pace, it did the opposite. This movie is all about a man driving around talking on his phone. There is no suspense, no drama, and very little action. The main character's acting was deplorable. I actually fell asleep during the movie. That's how boring it was. Once again, more garbage from netflix.
Netflix, we ruin movies.
My Pet Dinosaur (2017)
Terrible
I'm not sure if they want to convince people that this is filmed in America, or they are making a joke out of it intentionally. Here are some glaring mistakes that I noticed that made this movie borderline unwatchable:
-Soldiers being transported around in a civilian truck -Soldiers carrying AKs. Their uniforms say US army... -Soldiers wearing covers, while others are not -Over half of the vehicles seen in the movie are not sold in the US -You can clearly see the steering wheel on the right side of the vehicle -Characters breaking accent and using strange language for everyday objects i.e. "bandage" instead of "bandaid".
Overall it was a pretty awful movie. They should have just had the movie set in Australia so there wouldn't be so many mistakes.
47 Meters Down (2017)
Terrible movie. Amazing what people believe nowadays
This movie is unrealistic trash. Two girls go out cage diving with whites. The cage and boat they are in are in no condition to be out on the water. Cage diving with sharks is a highly regulated activity. It's not run by a bunch of dirt poor mexicans with trash gear. White sharks aren't as aggressive as they make them look in this Hollywood crap movie.
Terrible acting and screenplay. The director must have an IQ of around 70 to find this sort of film work acceptable.
All this movie is doing is making stupid people afraid of the water, and hate sharks.
