David proudly proclaims that the Kentucky lake near which the couple wants to buy a home, Lake Cumberland, is the largest man-made lake in the U. S. Not even close. The nation's largest man-made lake is Lake Mead, Nevada, site of the historic Hoover Dam. Lake Cumberland ranks SEVENTH. I guess simple fact checking isn't part of the show's production process. Star Trek: Picard
(2020–2023)
How to FIX Season Two
7 May 2022
Warning: Spoilers
How to fix Picard, Season Two: Picard DREAMED IT ALL.
Seriously, the entire season needs to be obliterated. Instead of a cohesive plot line, this season was a series of random vignettes, blatant political statements, and weak resolutions to conflict. Though I agree with their politics, they overwhelmed the story to the point of distraction. And what about the BUTTERFLY EFFECT, which they tossed aside when they got to Los Angeles?
WHAT ABOUT Q-the most intriguing part of the Season Two teaser trailers? He was on the screen for about five minutes total. WHAT A WASTE of an iconic and classic villain. His story was incidental.
And it took all of La Sirena's power to jumpstart the Borg Queen-AT THE COST OF ELNOR'S LIFE-but she gained enough power to build a Borg army with an annoying musical performance, smashing a window, and draining the batteries of a dozen old cars?!
And seriously, in 400 years, the best treatment option for a suicidal woman will be to lock her up?

Warning for dog lovers!

Warning: Spoilers
About 20 minutes into this episode there is an awful and gruesome scene that depicts the brutal killing of a dog in the early days of the church, intended as a lesson about trusting the word of God. I think this was based on a real incident that happened when the Lafferty boys were young and their dad wanted to teach them a lesson. The scene lasts for about 5-10 minutes. If you are an animal lover, skip it.
Reno 911!: The Hunt for QAnon
(2021 TV Movie)
Huge disappointment

This was so bad, it almost ruined the series for me. This film had none of the regular series' characteristic wit and originality. It all felt like they were trying too hard. And the cold open with Jim and his bike? They really reached for a laugh but the whole bit fell flat (so to speak).
Brilliant

Brilliant, surprising, and tender. We are shown new sides of every character. Every turn was unexpected and set the stage for a very interesting season four. One of the best episodes of the series. Season four now, please!
Doesn't anyone remember C-Man?!

Warning: Spoilers
Remember when Colin, as manager of his company, became so powerful he split into three entities-two of which are buried-just like the Baron was-in the yard? The Baron's return could be foreshadowing the return of one of Colin's spares. I wouldn't be surprised if Colin returned, seamlessly, next year. A brilliant solution, if they do it.
Like a Hitchcock thriller

I've been on the fence about this series all season, but this episode moved me to the bonafide fan column. Gratifyingly, it reveals a lot about Malcolm's childhood, but also raises new questions that will keep us hooked. It has all the elements of classic thrillers like Wait Until Dark, Dial M for Murder, and Rear Window. The Whitly/Brights are all major forces in the story--including some vulnerable moments from The Surgeon--and Arroyo's never-give-up determination offers relief from the desperate, no-way-out tone of the story. And as always, Michael Sheen is AMAZING.
