Are We There Yet? (2010)
Much better than the movie.
The first couple of episodes were a little meh but it warms up quick. Our family loves this show.
I like how the show tries to be equal between the husband and wife. Usually shows make the husband look stupid and the wife a genius. I think it's good that they really try to understand the other spouse's view.
To me, the show is way funnier than the movies. The movies are an absolute cringe-fest. I appreciate how they teach their kids how to be respectful and there's consequences when they they get out of line.
The only thing I don't really like is the sexual references. For a family show, there's a lot and they're not very subtle. I get showing that they love each other but they go to far for a family show.
People are so freaking sensitive now. You can't say anything about race or gender. It's ridiculous being so offended by everything.
If you're so offended than DON'T WATCH THE SHOW!
The Batman (2022)
Sloooooooowwwww
THE. WORST. BATMAN. EVER. What is up with taking franchises and completely ruining them in the name of change. They take away core things that make him Batman. He's not very smart, he's not nimble or very strong, he has super low tech equipment, his car is a modded, muscle car and he can't even glide without falling. What??? Also, does DC think that making movies long, makes them better? This movie was 3 hours long and felt like 5 hours because it was so long and drawn out for no reason. It was like a CSI episode that wouldn't die.
