Step Up 3D (2010)
(Eye rolls)
Rick Malambri and Joseph Slaughter have to be some of the worst actors in Hollywood. I dont think there was a single sentence from their mouths that was even half believable.
The dialogue for the entire movie was just awful. The choreography was decent but thats the only redeeming quality.
Not only is Rick Malambri a terrible actor but for being a main character,he couldn't dance and was hidden in the back of every dance scene because it was painful to watch like a fish out of water.
The only way I could really make it through this movie is to give up trying to stay sober for the entire duration of this movie.
Blood Red Sky (2021)
What an awful pile of trash
Some of the worst pacing in existence. Character development was terrible. You end up not caring for any character and dont mind if they all die in the end, actually you kind of hope they do.
The flashbacks to explain things is so drawn out.
I fast forwarded through half this movie because it was predictable and i was curious how it ended.
I Don't Feel at Home in This World Anymore. (2017)
Frustrating
One of those movies where being able to construct full coherent sentences is imperative. Every character's abysmally dumb idiocy intertwines with each other and nothing gets done.
I could not even finish it.
Unhinged (2020)
Lets keep it real here...
So lets go over the facts. Rachel lays on the horn at a guy who doesnt move at a green light.
He confronts her later and apologizes and gives her an opportunity to start from a clean slate.
She refuses, decides to keep being a jerk in front of her son so everything that happens after is her fault.
Already, im rooting for russell crowe.
Peppermint (2018)
Kept waiting for the back story that never came
Strangely enough. I enjoyed most of it. The part that lost me was the lack of back story.
We're to assume that grief and anguish all of the sudden results in mastering hand to hand combat and being a weapons expert?
Yes, suburban house mom turns badass vigilante with some cage fighting in another country.
I'm Thinking of Ending Things (2020)
I watched it and now want to end things
I'll always try to give everything a chance but this movie is making me change that rule.
I wouldve had a better time being pinned against a tree during a car accident.
It Comes at Night (2017)
Nothing comes at night, or the day, or ever actually
We're lead to believe there was an evil outside that you never see and is never explained.
Issues feud between two families trying to survive together where it could be resolved if only people could use their words like adults.
The ending has no serious real resolve nor does the movie have anything to do with the title.
Time Trap (2017)
Missed potential
A fantastic concept in the beginning.
The character development was poor and for some some reason, despite the large age differences, some attending the university, even one being a professor, every single person is equally lacking in any intelligence.
The idiocy was incredibly frustrating in the sense that so many problems wouldnt have been problems using common logic.
The relativity of time did not make any sense whatsoever. The continuity of time and space was inconsistent at best.
Ya no estoy aquí (2019)
Anti climactic
Beautifully filmed, however there was not much of a plot. I keep waiting for a spectacular ending to tie everything together but it never comes.
Good Time (2017)
Incredibly underwhelming
Pattinson plays a role of a caring brother trying to save his brother. Everything he goes through makes you cringe but the resolve leaves something to be desired.
A terrible ending to a movie that makes you keep waiting for something to happen worthwhile
Mermaid Down (2019)
Why did I even think this was a good idea
I put this on as noise while I was working at home. Ended up paying enough attention to have counted it as watching the entire movie.
The entire during is the viewer waiting for something exciting to happen that justifies how bad its been so far.
The Road (2009)
Oblivious kid raised in apocolypse
Typical people trying to survive an apocolypse. However, the young boy, who was raised AFTER the apocolypse has occurred is magically oblivious to reality unfolding around him, making absolutely every circumstance worse.
How the father didnt leave him for dead earlier on is beyong me.
