Somebody Feed Phil (2018)
This is a lovely uplifting show that makes me hungry
I'm enjoying a couple of episodes every night and learning a lot about food and the cities that Phil visits. How does he stay so slim when he's eating these rich, calorie-filled foods? He must have a strong stomach to be able to eat everything.
King of the Hill (1997)
Wonderful animated series
I just finished watching the entire series, two a night. I wish it had continued, but I'm happy that it lasted as long as it did. Love Hank, but Dale is beyond annoying and not funny. Great job to the whole production team.
Catching Killers: Missing Men Part 2: The Toronto Village Killer (2022)
Explanation needed.
How did the killer remove the bodies to his vehicle? He lived on the 17th(?) floor of an apartment building. How was he able to remove his victims' bodies without someone seeing him? Even if he did it in the middle of the night, someone could have been using the elevator. That was a huge apartment building. I wish the detective had mentioned that.
Deadwater Fell (2020)
Why all the hate?
I thought this was very well acted. Yes, it was depressing, but three children and a mother were killed, so naturally it was depressing. The police knew that the fire didn't kill them but had to find out who injected them with insulin. Did the mother kill the children, then inject herself before starting the fire or was it someone else?
What I found confusing was in the first episode, Steve twice injected Jess with insulin, so we knew she was diabetic. Was this to throw us off after Kate and her daughters died from insulin injections?
Doc Martin: Sickness and Health (2013)
All that blood!
Martin attends to a hermit in the woods that had an accident. His carotid artery was severed and there was lots of blood. This didn't seem to bother Martin at all. He had no reaction to all the blood. This wasn't like him.
It was a very funny episode, but Joe and Bert were over the top annoying.
The Starling (2021)
New York City???
Where was this filmed? NYC doesn't have open fields and farms. This is supposed to be set in Northern California, so where was it actually filmed?
The story was good, as was the acting, but I found the ending abrupt. I guess I missed something because I didn't understand why the husband finally decided it was okay to go home.
Sweetheart (2019)
It kept me interested enough to see if she got off the island.
Why didn't she walk through the jungle to the other side of the island? The creature may not have gone there. I wish she had explored the island's interior to see if there was someplace to hide, like a cave.
Rattlesnake (2019)
Disappointing
Very slow moving considering she had only seven hours to kill someone, and she waited until the very last minute.
Why did she blow up the guy's truck? Aren't they going to find his body or is there no body? Very confusing. Did she walk all those miles back to her car? Too many unanswered questions.
Forever (2018)
Andre and Sarah
What was the point of these two characters? They had nothing to do with June and Oscar.
Hanna (2019)
Pretty unbelievable
I'm on the second episode and will probably watch all of it, but I can't believe how unrealistic this is. How did Hanna's father raise a baby until her teenage years alone in the forest? She obviously had never been to a town. Where did they get their clothes, their tools, medicine.....all the things that people need to survive? I hope I find out what is so special about Hanna by the end of the series.
