Tell Me Lies (2022)
Not bad, not good, ...okay.
This show is okay, not good not bad, okay. The show is kind of slow and the plot isn't very clear and kind of has a teen drama vibe, but they're in college.
It's basically about an emotionally charged relationship where many poor decisions are made but since they like hooking up Constantly the girl ignores the many red flags.
I hung in to the end, barely, hoping that some more explanation would come for several things but the ending wasn't satisfying and actually left me with more questions than answers for several of the characters which was strange and a bit of a bummer and made me yell, seriously that's it.
The Lie (2018)
Wow! Like it!
This show was one of the most shocking things I've watched in awhile and that's something at the end of 2020!
I thought the acting was fine, I like the actors, and the story.
Though you may think at points, why did they do that? But I've been saying that in real life all 2020 and it doesn't make it less believable and definitely doesn't make a movie less believable.
Great show! So many twists and turns that I thought I knew what was about to happen and was wrong! I love it when that happens. Great!
Peaky Blinders (2013)
Great show... not for the faint of heart pretty gruesome but great.
This show starts quite slow and I wasn't super interesting, but it gets good! We finished season 3 and super sad we have to wait until fall 2017 give or take, from what I've read. Love grace, I hate captain copper he's just sick in the head, big fan of the Shelbys. Their drinking, loving, and fighting nature is very entertaining. I've been looking for something good since sons of anarchy and I am pleasantly surprised by this show.Great show and great acting of all of the actors. Also, the on location filming adds to the feel of the show. I read it is slated for seasons 4 and 5 and I hope 6 and 7 or more episodes per season.
Tom Segura: Completely Normal (2014)
Super Funny
My husband love watching good stand up. As a frame of reference we like Jim Gaffigan, Greg Geraldo (rip), Dane Cook, Nick Swardson, Chelsea Handler, Amy Shumer, and well you get the idea the kind of humor we like to watch....We found this guy on Netflix and watched two of his comedy specials back to back. We watched the first one and it was pretty funny so when Netflix suggested the second one my husband said well the first one was great and even though its 1:00am on a Monday we might as well watch it. By the end of the 2nd one my jaw was sore from laughing so much. My husband and I were laughing for almost two hours straight. If he comes to town I'd love to go see him.
