Amazonîa, última llamada: Aislados (2000)
My Review about the "Isolated: The Zo'é tribe"
First I saw this documentary film on YouTube. It was initial part of film that last 12 minutes and that clip has 220,046,850 views. I would understand if it was music video, but after 10 seconds of the clip you can see that it is some weird documentary that buy attention of all those people who click it at first, as I was. Another parts of documentary has much less views. That is indicator that people have seen enough. I was very curious so I find full length film in decent quality and I take my time to watch it.
To me it was really weird that I could not find easily this movie in the International Movie Data base and that this same movie does not have poster photo or any other information about it. I tried to contribute as much as I can.
When I find it I realized that documentary is part of "Amazonîa, última llamada" (Amazon, last call) series. It was second episode in a row, aired in a year 2000.
Getting back to its core. I'm really happy to have a opportunity to live in a time when I can see this wonderful movie. To see how this people live, how they behave, what they eat and what is meaning of life for them. I'm not gonna write what is this documentary about. It is so mind blowing that you need to watch it. I will only write questions that I asked myself while I was watching it and at the same time tried to get answers for them:
-How they do not have leader in a tribe?
-How they feet looks underneath?
-How they heal themselves from major injures?
-How they are multiplying if there are only two hundred of them in a tribe?
-What happened if woman gives birth of sick child? How they take care of him?
-What happened in they minds and lives after they saw camera crew and bunch of white people?
-Are they ever cold?
-Do they ever fight between themselves?
-How they cut their hair?
-Does man ever shave or they don't have facial hair?
-How does childbirth looks?
-And what is like when someone dies?
This documentary is one big question for me. Maybe one day I will be able to understand mankind.
Enjoy watching!
