Baggage (2010)
Springer=Fake
If Jerry Springer has anything to do with something, you know it's fake. Had my doubts about this show being real, but when Christine, a "Legal Assistant" from Houston came on, it confirmed it. More like Christine Nguyen, an actress from California..
The results are predetermined.. They script this out just as any other "reality" show.
Last Man Standing (2011)
Started out great...
I would give the show a 10 in the first season, and drop it to an 8 once they got rid of Alexandra Krosney. She was, IMO, a much better and more believable sister physically. She looked a little more like the others than what they brought in the replace her. The show was still really good until ABC cancelled it and when Fox picked it up, someone ruined it. Now I would give it a 2. The only good parts are Tim and Jay working together. Molly Ephraim left and for some idiotic reason they decided to replace her with someone much taller and blond. Why? Why not just send her character off to college or something and have her come back once in awhile to visit? Then they had to add a house guest Krista Maie Yu. WHY???Either she can't act or they are giving her horrible lines. Every scene makes her look like she belongs as a backup to a backup in a high school play. The only reason I can think of that she is even in the show is political correctness. Her character just ruins every scene she is in. Maybe it is the writing and not her because the writing has gone downhill. I can't stand to watch the show since it went to Fox. Ruined a great show.
Dog the Bounty Hunter (2003)
Nothing real about reality TV
First off, those that think this show is real needs to get a grip on reality. There is nothing ever real about reality TV. It's all scripted in total or partial. I have both a video production and law enforcement background. I see so many flaws in the way things are handled, from outright stupidity on the "bounty hunters" part to outright illegalities. The last episode I watched they "called" 911 and then told whoever on the team to call them back and tell them never mind. It does not work that way. Also, why are the camera people so close to the action? No matter who a bounty hunter or law enforcement person is about to arrest, you have to assume they are armed and dangerous until proven otherwise. But not in this show. The camera people are up close and personal, kinda like they know there is no danger? Ever wonder why if someone they are about to take down is so dangerous, why they don't just call the police and let them do it? Maybe because they are just acting?
Idiotest (2014)
Good brain workout
This is a good show if you just need something to get your brain exercised. However, as I am learning, most "game shows" don't consist of your average person off the street as they want you to believe. They are actors. And knowing that just ruins it for me.
Renegade: Fighting Cage: Part 2 (1993)
Horrific acting
Can't remember a time I have ever seen such bad acting. This episode seems like it was made for kids. Also seems like the production staff mailed it in.
