Real funny humorous and typical Pete Holmes style comedic style jokes loved them. Covering large broad range of topics from dick jokes to baby bums. Really liked this because it was very true to his original style which is very weird and also wicked funny. Love him from all Conan appearances and delightfully funny every time. He is always self aware of how stupid and mundane many jokes and observations his might be but that doesn't deter from him cracking up wholesome fashion making us rejoice in his confidence ! Thanks to Pete for making me chuke throughout the special in his soweird way. Wish him all very best for all future specials 💐

Aspirants (2021– )

Amazing series

Amazing series with great story and acting. Also very inspiring to learn the difficulties and trials faced by people in power trying to make changes. After kota factory this is the best series by TVF. Great locations and ultimate background music by them and such amazing acting it's really truly international level material. Many thanks to Arunabh kapoor for the brainchild behind tvf for creating such an amazing platform for making such great good content that India can be proud to share with rest of the world actually. Also many thanks for the tireless efforts of the creator and cast crew for making such amazing content.

Sandeep Bhaiya (2023)

Amazing, engaging , gripping inspiring miniseries show.

This show "Sandeep Bhaiya" focuses on the character of the same name who had previously featured in TVF's UPSC Aspirants show (2021)released earlier, and had played an inspiring guiding character senior to Abhilash protagonist character.

This current 5 episode miniseries is very beautifully shot and very engaging heartfelt story narrated throughout. We feel invested throughout the multitude of emotions and responsibilties felt by of Sandeep bhaiya related to this family, his work, his study preparation and overall mentorship. Soothing music BGM, and very aesthic and accurate depiction of aspirant-student lives of Prayagraj is shown. Also there is very nice intercutting of shots/scenarios shown where we feel inspired and engaged with Sandeep bhaiya's older memories of his preparation and current life while being Assistant Labour commisioner. A very intuitive way of nice cause and effect story keeps us hooked in both the timelines as what may happen in next timelines. And throughout multiple episodes one gets a moral lesson of how to overcome challenges and revert back to work out lifes issues with perserverance.

Overall its a very nice watch, which can be also seen in standalone viewing without having any previous knowledge of the TVFAspirants series. Its really highly recommended for upcoming students to watch as they can closely relate to the scnearios mentioned and get inspired to be like Sandeep bhaiya and be motivated to succeed in life.

Gumraah (2023)

Ultimate engaging whodunit crime thriller till last end of movie

Just watched the movie, loved the story and acting. It was very nice original twist of movie of crime murder whodunit mystery related. Acting by everyone very nice and authentic I found especially Aditya roy kapoor, ronit roy and Mrunal was also very good acting wise. There seems to resurgence of good crime thrillers these days this is pary of them. If you liked recent thriller movies like Ittefaq and Badla then this movie too would be in similar lines very engaging. I would give 8 of 10 stars to this.

Great location also and quite tight script it was till the end engaging. Only thing superflous was too many song sequence not needed. Overall great weekend worth worth the money.

Missing (I) (2023)

Thrilling family feel good movie

It was good movie on the similar lines of movie "searching" this also having found footage genre here.

Good extensive use of technology to show how daughter tries to track down her mother.

Also it is kind of spooky in the sense how yhese days technology has got so much advanced that so many possible ways of investigate analysis can be done sitting in a room in front of laptop itself. Google location services also helps a lot here it shows but I doubt in real life if it's that accurate especially in developing countries. A nice engaging movie overall attempt showing how devices and embedded electronics and public CCTV devices like IoT can help in locating and getting information of missing people which would not have been possible even 5 years ago.

Overall story was engaging but the acting felt quite forced and little immature in the side of the daughter. Can wait and watch once relases in OTT or if really interested in this genre then can have a theatrr watch.

The Whale (2022)

An Emotional heartfelt story of a man

Here in this movie very nice and heartfelt acting done by Brendan Fraser and directed by stalwart Darren Aronofsky .

It seems to be based on a play, Just from the movie screenplay it seems such a great story where it's bound to touch many people hearts.

Without too much spoilers , we see in this movie an obese English teacher named Charlie trying to be a good father, partner, and lovely human being in his own way while dealing with his deteriorating health condition each passing day. He strives and keeps motivating and keeps a cheerful positivity about him about human values which he wishes to pass on his daughter , his students and his wife.

It's a nice emotional movie which truly captures real life obese people health issue while also shining light on the brimming positivity that they can teach all of us.

No Exit (I) (2022)

Thrilling cat & mouse game among strangers till the last moment

Just watched this movie. It was very nice and orignal story I felt. The characters are believable and the premise is simple. But the execution of the mystery and cat & mouse game in a cold sombre setting atmosphere with vulnerable people that are total strangers keeps it exciting till the end.

The protagonist girl she makes viewer totally invested in the story till the end. She did great acting. Many twists and turns present which keeps engaging watch for a tight 90 minutes watching . Would not suggest a movie theater experience but a great weekend TV watch definitely . I rate 8 star of 10.

Gehraiyaan (2022)

An engaging passionate drama-love human story thrilling to the end

Loved watching the movie since very engaging kind of story with a mesmerising BGM. It's a little unconventional love story + Drama kind which never seen in Hindi movies before. The movie tries to show the complexity of human nature in various facets of life like love, relationships, job responsibilities, family tension/trauma and friendship. Nothing is as black and white as they seem but have depth like the film name suggests. Alsoa nice message passed by the movies showing how difficulties can be overcome by accepting our failures of past with a choice to move forward ahead.

Finally many many congratulations and good wishes to amazing acting by Deepika, Siddhant, Ananya, Dhairya and Nasser sir. Special mention to Deepika for portraying quite depth and range of human emotions which makes it so engaging and invested to watch. Finally have to applaud Shakun Batra for his amazing story telling style and directing sense kind 9f similar to Kapoor & sons which makes relatable and same time unique.

Thanks for movie, it's a must watch. I rate it 8/10 👍😊✨✨

Very throroughly enjoyed this netflix comedy standup special. It was very relaxed, gliding over mundane everyday life topics with the typical Kenny style etflix comedy standup special. It was very relaxed, gliding over multiple mundane everyday life topics with the typical Kenny style observational comedy at its best, where we can see him humanise so many non living and living things humorously😄. Also the content matched his personality and presentations. And finally obviously his musical outros were too good👌🏻.

Many thanks for his funny stand-up routine which left a lasting lingering smile and laughs making it a very satisfactory entertaining event.

Horizon Line (2020)

Realistic Airplane disaster Adventure movie

The movie involved a simple story in which a plane travel is involved. But this travel soon becomes very interesting due multiple possibilities of obstacles that they face, and how the protagonists try to overcome them. I liked how very practical solutions and stunning visuals shown throughout movie, makes an interesting watch. Nice acting by Allison Williams also.

A nice mixture of Zombieland (regarding apocalyptic comedy) and Evolution (regarding unusual quirky monsters reminding that old puppet controlled mechatronic monster movie genre). Simple story, nice beautiful locations with lots of adventure and a final message making a worthy watch in these times.

Also amazing Paul Rudd brings such great authenticity to character. Colourful visuals and engaging storyline with each episode. Please bring season 2

Awesome great movie, just loved it. It has nice suspense, thrilling till the end and teasing the audience with little info to find finally build up the story. Also evey scene was so engaging, never felt bored and with amazing performance by Mathew and Anne Hathaway including wide scenery and nice background score, it was fine movie packed with suspense, drama and crime. Great direction and written by Steven Knight, with his signature style of immersive story like previous movies Locke, waiting for many more of such movies by him.

Amazing satisfying finale to the Unbreakable trilogy

This is a spoiler free review below. This movie is an amazing and perfect finale of the Unbreakable trilogy series created by M.Night Shyamalan. It is undeniably advisable to watch/ be aware of the first 2 installments of this trilogy, because only then this movie can be appreciated or understood. The writing of Shyamalan is absolutely so commendable in this movie, because the essence of this new genre of movie series that he has created takes it's best form in this movie. In this movie he very skillfully balances the portrayal of depicting the typical comic book genre of story telling, mixed with typical mystery thriller narration with the final distinctive signature style of Shyamalan of concluding with an uncommon albeit intriguing ending. All those familiar with his other movies can relate to this. So in a nutshell, all comic book fans and thriller movie seekers should definitely watch this movie for its realistic appeal and the Remaining other Shyamalan fans should rush to watch this movie to experience this awesome finale !.👌 Rating 9 out of 10.

Loved the movie.. Just had seen the poster and thought of giving it a try. Was expecting the routine Sci-Fi flick with a dash of Biology in it. But No was pleasantly surprised with a deep, meaningful movie of this same genre but notably different in its interpretations.. The movie reminded me of a premise like Denis Villeneuve's Arrival but with a whole lot of depth of its understanding, Kind of the movie Ex-Machina by the same director as this movie, in which a get a whole new take on the Turing test scenario..Great visual spectacle by the way.. Folks loving a little mystery + Sci-Fi + Surreal interpretation in their movies, would love this movie for sure...

A Great Thriller with a Good Twist !!

Just made an account for writing the review to this film. I usually love these types of simplistic appealing thriller movies with great stories, small simple locale usage and ample twist.

• Great acting delivered which was totally believable and consistent with the story - It absolutely delivers (sometimes more) as per the tag-line of the movie which says "A Killer Story with a Twist" - Also very minimal amount of scenery and background was employed and just using a house and the characters, making the dependency on story component more and greater focus on details - Finally, after the end of the movie, one has to admit that... every minute detail and their changes just adds up perfectly in accordance with the feeling of the characters and final story that it delivers..

Great movie Story wise.!!..
