Cute but not accurate for 1962

17 year olds in 1962 would not be named Tanner or Lela. Also, Tanner uses the word "rad" which wasn't used as slang until the late 70's.

There is so much wrong with this film I don't know where to begin. Bad casting for Mr Woodhouse and it felt like he didn't know who he was supposed to be. Watching him rush around nervously and then complain about the heat was confusing.

So much was missed in this adaptation which made it seem disjointed. The nose bless was ridiculous! The best part of this was Anya's performance, the rest could be left on the cutting room floor.

This show is so painful to watch. I get angry during every episode. The mother is the most horrible character, nothing that comes out of her mouth is believable. I want to throw something at the tv every time she speaks! Loralie's dialogue is snarky and over the top. Snooky is totally one dimensional. Don't waste your time on this show. Awful writing, unbelievable situations and characters. Yuck!
