Love, Death & Robots: Mason's Rats (2022)
Welcome to the Ratpocalypse.
Mason's Rats is a clever episode, an allegory for war and how bloody awful it can be regardless of which side of the conflict you lie. The whole idea of war going on without actually looking, kept behind closed doors, is such a clever way of interpreting conflicts across the world.
That ending, with Mason seeing all the rats brutally slaughtered and killed, is eye-opening and very revealing when you stop to think about how this parallels drone warfare and armies using high-tech machines to take out enemy forces.
The turn-around at the end is a nice way of closing the chapter on a positive note, with the two sides eventually reconciling their differences and realizing that war is hell and not worth the price paid to see things through to the end.
The Family Man (2019)
Epic 👏 👏 👏
Just Finished S02. Manoj Bajpayee and Samantha Akkineni stole the show as usual. My only issue is that the NIA guys are being killed like flies in this season. They don't even wear their Bullet proof jackets while going on dangerous missions against a well trained rebel group..This makes no sense..
The NIA is a very well trained organisation and have neutralized a hell lot of terrorists with less casualties but then also it is just a series and artistic freedom should be given to the directors. Other than this, S2 is on the level of S1.🔥
Eagerly waiting for S3.
Mayans M.C.: Chapter the Last, Nothing More to Write (2021)
What an episode👏
This episode has been one hell of a ride. Absolutely loved EZ's memorable and commanding last scene. J. D. Pardo aka EZ standing there on some Jon Snow level with a gun in his hand instead of a sword waiting for the hoard just made him one of my favorite character. MAAAAAAAN I AM READY FOR NEXT SEASON!
Mogul Mowgli (2020)
Heartbreaking Performance From Riz Ahmed
Unsettling and electrifying; near-nightmarish and absolutely mesmerizing.
Loved it.
Snowpiercer: These Are His Revolutions (2020)
This is by far THE best episode of the entire season SO FAR!
Everything we've seen thus far has led to Snowpiercer episode 8, "These Are His Revolutions", in which the Tail finally rises up and begins making its bloody, treacherous way through all 1001 cars of Snowpiercer.
Better Call Saul: Bagman (2020)
Best Episode Of Better Call Saul 👏
Stop me if you've heard this one before: Two men are stranded together in the New Mexico desert without water due to vehicle trouble. The men are of very different backgrounds and temperaments. The staggering, wide-shots of the beautiful, yet unforgiven desert that surrounds them looks like it could swallow them both up. The men may be involved in some nefarious and highly treacherous lines of work, but right now, the biggest threat to their safety is the vast, arid landscape they're trapped in. Sound familiar?
Better Call Saul's latest and perhaps one of its greatest episodes, "Bagman," directly recalls Breaking Bad's Season 2 highlight "Four Days Out," but somehow manages to be bleaker and more suspenseful.
Kudos to everyone involved in the making of this episode.
