Lefty (1980)
Jumping Carol
I saw this film twice when I was young on British TV and have been trying to get hold of it ever since including writing to Disney who say this film won't end up on TV again or DVD/video, which is a shame. It's about an one armed girl that competes in gymnastics in Canada. Carol doesn't let her disability hold her back and this is the film's main theme. It is a typical heart-warming Disney TV movie for all ages. Highly recommended, not just for disabled children/adults but able bodied people also. It would also be ideal for someone with low confidence to show what can be achieved with a lot of will power and determination. Carol I hope you're still proud of it :)
Die teuflischen Schwestern (1977)
Lots of boobies!
I watched this in fast forward mode to the sex scenes, which were, although not explicit, lenghty and frequent. Lots of boobs on show etc. The women look quite sexy although they aren't drop dead gorgeous. Acting was OK, dubbing was so-so too. Plenty of cheesy music, nice locations & 70's style. You could find a worse way to pass the time. The film is well shot and better than some other Franco efforts. It is available in a box set from Anchor Bay with a lot of other Franco films; Love Letters of a Portuguese Nun etc at a good price although some of the films are cut (BBFC) in UK. Not as good as Lulu's Talking Ass.
