Well, That's it I guess. So many storylines that went nowhere Gojos indian numbers, the election, Mattsons misogyny.
It was just such lazy writing in the end, and an Easy way out. All the character development, Kendall finally stepping up, the great speeches and foreshadowing. All undone in a badly written way. Shivs decision was both predictable and ridiculous. It is not great television, it's just tragedy for tragedys sake.
It also lessens the legacy of the show, since everything it's been building to was for nothing. The story was just repetitive and pointless in retrospect. Each season had the exact same arc, except 2 but they squandered that potential by backtracking in season 3.
Overall so disappointed and I think when the hype settles down more people will see what a missed opportunity this was. With a finale like this, the show sadly went from a 9/10 to a 8/10. What a shame.
