Game of Thrones: The Dance of Dragons (2015)
Great episode
I know I will get a lot of hate because I said it was great, and many of these people will be book readers.
First off, the Game of Thrones producers and writers never write something that George Martin doesn't agree with. After all they are his books and his ideas and plot lines.
Secondly, George Martin himself said he intended to write more in ADWD when it was published, and the material in the book wasn't enough, so I'm guessing that we will start the sixth book with information that we already saw in the last few episodes in season 5. (I'm just guessing, don't eat me)
In my opinion the episode was great and a little heartbreaking. We see a side of Stannis that we may have seen before but never to this extreme. I still can not get over his daughter's screams and cries for help, and the tears in his "crazy" wife's eyes as she watches her daughter burn to death. This scene was so intense, it may not have been in the books, but I don't think that the writers would take such a huge step without informing George about it, so I guess Martin was fine with this idea. This episode kind of showed us that Stannis is really dependent on the Lord of Light or whatever that is. I was always on his side and thought he will actually win the throne, but he seems to be way too dependent on this Lord of his.
The most amazing scene out of all was the fighting pits. Jorah is one of the contestants and he wins(what a surprise.) Later, a rebellion, or you can call it a massacre occurs where they kill many of the people watching and they try to get to Dany. Dany and her unsullied become trapped and surrounded. Dany closes her eyes in a brief moment (I honestly thought she was getting ready to die) and out of nowhere comes our hero, Drogon! It was very interesting to watch Drogon actually involved in a fight. Dany then gets close to him and rides him for the very first time. It was very very fascinating to watch. I have really been waiting for this moment a long time. However, the dragon seemed a little bit weak when they started to attack him, for a moment I felt like he will pass out. I really hope they make the dragons stronger and bigger by next season.
Really good episode overall! Can't wait for the finale.
Game of Thrones: Hardhome (2015)
Winter is finally here
This episode was the best this season without doubt.
This episode and the last one were the greatest of this season. We finally get to see the much anticipated meeting between Tyrion and Dany. What I loved is that their meeting met my expectations if not better. When the last episode showed how Dany acted to Tyrion, I was afraid she might rush into things and do something horrible with him, however, I was very glad to see them both engage in a very calm and interesting conversation. She seems to like and maybe trust him that she named him as her adviser. I don't know about everyone else, but I really liked the way Dany treated Tyrion, she didn't belittle him or mock him for his size, not even once. She saw what's inside him and knew he is very witty and smart, that is something you don't see much of in Westeros.
The episode also continues on Arya's story line. She seems to be progressing in her training to become a faceless assassin. She seems very happy, the happiest I've seen her for a long time.
In another scene, we see Sansa and Theon (Reek) having a little conversation. Reek regrets everything he did when he was Theon and apologizes and says that he deserves everything that has happened to him. He then confesses to Sansa that he didn't kill her brothers. You can see hope in her little tired poor eyes. The way "Reek" was talking was a little bit interesting, I don't remember exactly but I think he did refer to himself as "Theon" a couple of times when he was talking to Sansa: "I didn't kill them" "I killed two farmer boys" I feel like he still has Theon somewhere inside him.
Another scene, we see the evil queen herself Cersie. As much as I hate her, I feel like her place in that prison doesn't look right, and maybe somehow, someone might rescue her from this and she would get away once more. However, seeing her sipping water from the ground was extremely satisfying to watch.
Now, the most amazing part of this amazing episode were the final 20 minutes. We finally get to see some White Walker action, I have never been so glued to my TV, especially with so many spoilers going around, I was so scared that one of the characters might die. This was one of the most epic battles in the entire series, I can happily say that it was my favorite so far. It was so intense and had me biting my nails. It was pure entertainment to my eyes.
I really hope this show ends with amazing 2 last episodes. I can't wait to watch them, especially the very notorious episode 9, and then the great finale.
Mom (2013)
Great show!
First few episodes weren't that great but it gets way better later! I feel like all the good work chuck Lorre was putting on the big bang theory and two and a half men transferred somehow to this sitcom (which kind of speaks loads about how downhill the two hit sitcoms are going recently) anyways, i really like this show and i hope there are many more episodes and hopefully seasons to come, i love Christi and Bonnie, a lot of people call them two and a half women, but i feel like this sitcom is way funnier than two and half men, it has lighter, less dirty humor. the jokes are really funny, some times i laugh through the entire episode which is really rare. Good job chuck! :)
The Big Bang Theory: The Proton Transmogrification (2014)
GREAT episode compared to the previous few ones
Gosh where do I begin? the episode was so good compared to the last few ones, which I was really disappointed in. I was shocked, however, with the rating here on IMDb, I honestly expected a way higher rating, I thought that the episode showed a huge character development, like when Sheldon hugged Leonard, which made me tear up a little (I'm not sure but I believe this was the first time they ever hug since the beginning of the entire show)and that he finally confesses that he really appreciates the people in his life. I also loved it when Penny started quoting and laughing at Star Wars jokes. Bob Newhart was as great as always, i really hope that he appears in more episodes as Sheldon's "obi- wan" in spirit form. There were many other scenes that I liked like the death star cake, Leonard and penny crying, Sheldon's conversation with Amy, Bernadette's last lines and many more. Great episode! ^_^
10/10
Reign: Inquisition (2014)
Best episode of the season! *MUST WATCH*
this show is surprisingly amazing so far! all the episodes are so intense and leave me thirsty for more. This episode was probably the best, a lot of questions that were asked finally got revealed, i think i watched this episode no less than 4 times repeating all the good parts! in this episode, we finally get to see who Clarissa is and what is her story and why is she roaming around the castle like a ghost.. this was probably the most shocking part. INCREDIBLE how they have such imagination. It also reveals a little bit of Queen Catherine's history which was just unexpected could've never guessed it. A lot of questions are also answered, like what happened to the queen and Nostradamus and many more! its really an episode you don't want to miss!
