Jill, amber and Paul are extremely difficult to watch. I get that people like them exist in this world but do we really need to promote and enable them. I was such a promising show but these distasteful behaviours were forced to my viewership through the hook. They could easily provide few rules to make this abt survival not social experiment and regulate the game. They could also put in a little more effort in casting to improve the quality and integrity of contestants. More Javier, Brian kind of people please.
Reviews tend to criticise the two girls, which I do agree, but I think Paul is at the same level. He first betrayed his delta team without talking to them, after a key bonding moment reading the leaving guys letter. Then after he joined Charlie and ran into Jill, he shared intel with her to further sabotage his ex teammates, and Javier. He made a pac with Jill and pushed out Javier. He has family and kids and feels ok to justify these treatcherous behaviours.
I'm just relieved that m the people who were bullied to leave looked safe and well - but the fact some contestants stole and bullied to inflict harms on them, risking them to hyperthermia over the night, is disturbing...Argggggg.....
