Just finished the season. I really liked it. Didn't watch the Korean version so I have nothing to compare it to. Just enjoying it as it is. Acting is fine. I am not sure what others are complaining about. It's sweet, touching and filled with enough content to get me to come back for more. I say just give it a shot. Turn your brain off and enjoy it as a very entertaining show.

I've finished the whole first and second season so this is my spoiler free review of it. I absolutely love this show! I cried, I've giggle like a school kid and I've fallen in love! I hoped more people would watch this. I went in not knowing anything about the show or actors who are in it.
The story follows the lead actress Kim Jojo and I honestly feel like that's all you need to know going in. Fall in love with her and follow her life journey of growing up and finding herself. About how a girl faces hardship and trauma. I love this show and I feel that everyone found their partner in the end. The one that is good for each character. I know a lot of people are angry about her choice but if you don't go in rooting for one or the other but instead, rooting for her. You'll be pleased with how this show grew as time goes and allowed KIM JOJO to grow into her own person and be in love with the right person.

Here's the deal if you're looking for an intelligent, witty, entertaining and full of dark humour show then this is definitely for you. Great acting. Great storyline. What else are you looking for? Truth be told I am worried that the show is going to get cancelled because people are not watching it. It is such a good show that it would be a shame to end it with only one season. It is a great cast and the acting is astonishing. I am absolutely in love with this show.

I admit that I have read the book and so when the movie came out, I just HAD to go see it. So I drag my poor husband and we went to watch a late show that was relatively full. I didn't tell him anything about the movie and I watched him watching it. He actually really enjoyed it. The movie was lovely. The movie itself was beautiful. The scenery was set somewhere is rural England. There are green pastures, a castle and beautiful stone walkways.
We first meet Lou, a beautiful,charming, bubbly girly girl who is a strong character but maybe a little too comfortable with her current life and then we have Will. Dashing Will! Sarcastic, funny, a little mean at first. They are world apart but through fate ( and Will disabilities) they met and slowly realize what one possessed, the other needs. Even if they never really knew it.
As the movie progress, they falls for each other and we all fall for them. I loved Emily as Lou and Sam as Will. They played their roles perfectly and the chemistry between then was undeniable. I think everyone should go and watch this movie if you love romantic comedy. It is hilarious at times and yet sweet. I assure you that you'll feel every emotion out there with this movie. It's so beautiful.
Go watch it and judge yourself. For me, this is an amazingly beautiful love story.

Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders

I really love this show so far.

I am a huge fan of criminal minds and while I did not like criminal minds : suspect behaviour, I really do like love this spin off. We get a glimps of the original cast that pops in and out on some episode. I think this show has a great potential.
I know a lot of reviews states the obvious like "how can they carry guns" and " why do they have jurisdiction" but if you watch the show, you'll know that most of the time, they are not "really" welcome and always Jack would mention that he is either waiting for the local government to allow them to carry a weapon or only he is allowed to do so. Basically they do touch on those question. Maybe if you actually watch it, you'll like it? Well anyways I don't want to put any spoiler but I do think everyone should give it a try and watch it.
As a mixed person who had grown up in Asia and Europe then end up living in North America. I can tel you that I love how beautiful they touch of each culture when they solve a case. Every episode shows the beauty of each location. Whether it be the people or the location. Every bad has a good. That's what I get from each episodes and that's why I love it. They speak the native language and do everything they can to not over step their boundary to dishonour any locals cultures or believes.
Give it a try. I think most people would like this show. Don't believe all the close minded reviews that was written out of people who probably never traveled outside their home country to know what's really going on in the world.

A hauntingly beautiful love story.

As usual Guillermo del Toro delivers a beautiful tale of unexpected love, sorrow, twist and passion in the most alluring way. It is worth a watch if you are looking for a movie that would sucks you in and delivers an enchanting tale of a wildly women named Edith and how she found love in the most unexpected way. Tom Hiddleston plays this role so well. Charming and kind in the most handsome manner. If you love reading Edger Poe then this is the movie for you. It has no "frightening horror" and don't expect a typical "ghost" story because it is not. This is a deeper type of movie. The type that you would walk out of the cinema and go... " wow! That was an amazing movie!!"
Dracula Untold

A beautifully crafted version of Dracula. Worth the watch

First and foremost I know it's appalling that I am giving this a 10 but because I went to watch this movie knowing fully that I ought to disregard the true history of it and the classic Dracula novel from 1897 Gothic horror by Irish author Bram Stoker. I kept and open mind and my mind was blown away.
Luke Evans is an amazing actor that carried out such a brilliance performances. I was so moved by the internal struggle he was portraying as a good hearted prince Vlad to the demon that he was becoming Dracula. I felt for his character deeply. It may have been a short movie in comparison to most movie out there but in that short period of time, I thought it was beautifully told how much he loved his wife and his son. How much he cares for his country and the length a good prince would go through to protect what he holds dear to him heart.
The cinematography was very beautifully artsy. It is not like 300 where there is unnecessary blood and gore. It's more artistic and tastefully done. No need for all those gore. This movie isn't about horror or violence's. It's about how he became Dracula. It's about the person he was before all the evils. About a men that gave everything to save the things he love and the ultimate sacrifice he made to protect his family.
I know there are a lot of bad criticism out there for this movie because it's not gore enough or there isn't enough bloody mess and also some that say that the special effect was a joke but I think it's definitely worth the watch and I think this movie is worthy of being in the "good movie " category. The special effects may not be as good as lord of the ring or 300 but considering the budget wasn't as high as those other movies, this movie surpassed all of them.
It's worthy of a movie that is consider a better movie than most out there. Give it a chance. You will not regret it.
