Underrated movie

This is a great movie if you like se7en etc. I don't know if the marketing was just bad or what but great performance by Denzel as always and was pretty exciting at times. I really liked the ending.

Scrolling page after page through streaming apps trying to find something good I stumbled upon this show.

It's amazing. I can't believe I had never heard of it. Acting is superb and after the first episode I was immediately hooked.

Why do all the best shows get cancelled? Would have loved to see another series with a different case.

I've seen way worse than this. The aliens were awesome looking and actually kinda scary, good action, cool effects. It's a low budget sci-fi action movie what more could you ask for...

This episode of this show gave me an existential crisis when I was 5 years old. Thanks wishbone for teaching me that my existence and time on earth is so minuscule that whatever I do in life doesn't really matter. Nothing really matters.

Annihilation (I) (2018)

This is a brilliant thought provoking film. It's not boring and I would argue that this is a visual masterpiece. A lot of people I know think 2001: A Space Odyssey is boring or strange too. I know that is large comparison but I was left with the same feelings after seeing this. This film just needs to find the right audience.

The Predator (2018)

For the first time in a long time I am speechless. I haven't seen a movie ruin something I liked this bad since The Last Jedi. Even the other spinoff with the Eric from that 70s show was better. If you have never seen a predator movie before pass on this one.

This isn't really a horror film or art piece. It's an entertaining action thriller that you can turn your brain off and watch things blow up/get shot. If you are looking for something else you're in the wrong place. Not sure what "legacy" everyone is talking about being ruined. These are all supposed to be low budget fun movies.

The Charnel House (2016)

One huge flaw

The acting is great for this kind of movie. It's well done and watchable. It could have made an interesting short series or anthology show.

However the main problem here is that it's just not scary. Really like not at all.
