The Last Ship: The Scott Effect (2016)
A lot of action goes smoothly!
There is not much room to stop and take a breath in this action packed episode of 'The Last Ship'. Well I guess I found this one to be the fastest paced episode to date. I am not a super action show kinda guy however this series just keeps growing on me and I am enjoying action material once again - like when I was a teenager! And for the common Hollywood style going over the top - it all seems to keep pretty believable. I mean for a 'Homeland' series lover I never thought I could appreciate this show so much. I really like how this episode continues to cross all the globes borders and include more and more of our planets nations to realistically present how a virus epidemic could look like in the twenty-first century. Thank You America! Hans Maack - Vancouver, B.C.
The Ladykillers (2004)
Say nothing at all..
Well, my Momma always told me if ya don't got anything nice to say about something then don't say anything at all... That's about it with this one other than I really tried to get into the movie enjoying spirit to no avail... But then again I have seen it again and again... That one man's trash is another man's gold! I think the characters were starving for a meatier script perhaps... And too much reliance on old Mamma character. Perhaps someone other than Tom Hanks for THIS particular role. And mabey a good crack of the whip by the director for a speedier tempo!
