Puzhu (2022)
Masterclass and Thought Provoking
Puzhu is a metaphor in this film.. Sometimes we think of some pple as just a worm (puzhu)... Education, status and money does not make a man... Some of them put society as a burden and create their own mind within a labyrinth which cannot be escaped.. That is what this movie is all about.. It is a masterclass film pointing towards issues which can easily be avoided by anyone.. Mammokka has again proved that he is a legend with his terrific portrayal of an anti-hero who has OCD, psychological imbalance and attitude... The movie is thought provoking, disturbing nd ends, leaving the viewers to interpret themselves.. And all praise to the Director, Ratheena.. Wish all the best to her nd a bright future in direction ahead 👍

Fun filled ride
After a long gap, Dileep is back with his trademark comedy. But nowhere in the movie, we see Dileep as a person. Such a marvelous transformation. And Urvashi Chechi, she is superb and effortless.
A light hearted family drama with characters which we come across in our day-to-day life. Overall, a fun filled movie with lots of moments to laugh.

Amazing
No words to say. Hype is a word which is the most fearing in the recent times. This movie also came with a hype. So just saw with a neutral mind. It was truly amazing. A superhero movie in the midst of a charm and simple village. Kudos for the writer and director for making this kind of a movie with that much realistic approach. Tovino excelled as the protagonist with ease. Just like our friendly neighborhood guy. And surely there is a dark side when there is light. No good is complete without a bad. And that is the antagonist which brilliantly portrayed by Guru Somasundaram with his towering performance. VFX, Action and BGM were superb. And to mention, the little kid Vasisht Umesh, he was spectacular.
A beautiful movie which will remain in the heart, and dear Basil, thanks for making this movie.

A movie to be remembered
It was with a doubtful mind, i went to see the movie with my father on the very next day of its release, after reading all those negative comments on the movie. But it was quite a surprising experience was against all those comments. It has a class of its own. A classic realization as to why mohanlal is the best actor. The minute change in his eye has lot to say. Direction was very crisp and clear.. the non-linear narration from present to past was done brilliantly. Cinematography was exceptional. BGM, though loud, added the apt punch. It is not magical or fantasy. What the movie shows is that, anyone can be an odiyan, provided the circumstance and proper training. Sound effects was amazing. Action choreography was great. The movie is as sweet as a tale heard from our grandmothers, which will always be remembered.

The ride of your life...
The only reason I went to see this movie is since i am a die hard fan of bullet and travelling. I never bothered to hear the reviews of my friends about the movie. But the moment the movie started, I felt that I am going to experience a memorable ride which I will never ever forget.
The movie is without usual melodramas, duet songs, fights as we see in contemporary Indian movies. Those who expect a hero-centric movie, will be disappointed. It is all about one's determination, courage and self esteem to reach a destination no matter whatever hurdles might occur. Even without lengthy dialogs and action, we feel the importance of friendship, love and courage.
The casting, direction, photography, acting are all top notch. The movie reminds me of Hergé's "Tintin in Tibet", where the protagonist, despite of all the hurdles, reaches the destination only because of his determination.
So, get ready for a memorable ride of your life...
