Halfway through the movie I decided to read the reviews, but kept watching it anyways thinking that maybe it'll be the romantic comedy that it initially promised to be.
Personally I wouldn't classify it as a comedy. It is, however, romantic but in a very complex and raw way. It doesn't focus on the good parts of relationships, it focuses on the hardships and the fear and the indifference.
So if you want to see a romantic comedy that'll make you feel good - don't watch it. If you want to see something that is different and dramatic and true, give it a shot. I usually prefer to watch movies that makes me feel happy at the end of it, instead I feel the need to write my first ever review about it. Urging people to give it a chance, a true chance.
It is not funny or romantic in the traditional sense, no. But it is true. It is a movie that makes you think about your choices in life and the moments that you missed and the chances you took. Maybe it will make you more attentive to it in the future.
