Twists and Turns
7 June 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This movie provided many twists and turns. Unfortunately, a bit disappointing for me (okay, fine, a lot disappointing to me) for multiple reasons:

1) The Matrix came out in 1999. This came out in 2003. Why aren't the graphics amazing?! Even Keanu couldn't rescue this flick. He's not in it whatsoever.

2) I really expected the main character to be named "Even". It's in the title. However, to find out his name was Louis honestly provided the biggest twist of the movie. Well-done, Disney.

3) Loved the orange juice in the beginning of the movie. Why wasn't there more? Disappointed.

Fresh new film
21 June 2013
This is a fresh new comedy that's an awesome way to start off the summer. It is funny, almost sentimental at some parts, and just all-in-all flat out ridiculous (in a good way). This film has a kind of Ghostbusters meets Tropic Thunder type thing going on, which provides an entertaining twist. However, an important thing to be mindful of about this film is that it is indeed a dark comedy, so if you're not a fan of that genre this is probably not the movie for you. Something that makes this film stand out is that one can clearly see the main cast in this movie is having a fun time and everyone is able to make fun of themselves, which is key considering the movie's plot-line. Overall, this is a hilarious and refreshing film.
