Bad science saves the day
The premises for the movie was sound enough, and it could have been a ok one.
The kid has apparently been kept in a safebox all here life and has no inherent fear or survival instinct.
It fell dramatically apart when T. Rex appeared, with beefy forlimbs and a instinctual hatred for technology. Its blind attack on the downed ship led me to believe that T. Rex had a society that somehow was forwarned that mankind would try to ressurect them 65 million years into the future to gawk at them in parks.
Other than that it was ok enough waste of time if you need some 90 minutes where you can pretend to watch a movie.
Black Mirror: San Junipero (2016)
Vert predictable
I don't care about the relationship or stuff like that. People love who they love. But what I do care about is the endless predictability and clishefilled "drama" As soon as I had seen the first 5 minutes I knew most of the plotline and result.
The music is a plus though, and I like Makenzie. Other than that it just simply boring and only provoking the most uptight right-wing narrowmind.
Not going to go on a rant, but Black Mirror is a really mixed bag. Some really good episodes and then they hit you with some thrash that just drag up the old, thread bare tropes to be edgy or innovative. Be prepared for both experience.
Dark (2017)
Two first seasons should have been it
While the serie is great in so many ways and has good production, it still falls apart towards the end. Sound, sets and context is great, some of the acting is belivable and the story makes great promise.
Sadly so many of the characters are way to monoman in their ways and one dimensional for belief...and why do answering any simple question seem so hard?! And Jonas might need an asthma inhaler.
Towards the end of second season and whole third it leans heavily on biblical nonsense to create some kind of plot, complete with avenging angels. Watch the two first seasons, then step away from it. If you can forget the first two seasons then watch the last as a stand alone series.
Star Trek: Discovery: Terra Firma, Part 2 (2020)
What is the point?
Another episode trying to establish that Georgiou has changed. For what? She is delerious on Discovery, not in Terran universe. Overplayed episode, lazy writing.
