The End Is Nye (2022– )

We need more people, money in science! Our lives depend on it...
5 October 2022
I love science, I love Bill Nye. What's not to like?

This show is about the upcoming, and possible challenges, and disasters we might face. Will face if we don't act on them soon. While educating people about them, it offers good science without bothering with details too much. At the same time offering solutions to each of those upcoming problems.

The construct of the show is very entertaining, and Bill Nye is charismatic as the host.

Bill Nye is a great science communicator, he has charisma, and educates people, whilst you are being entertained.

I have seen all of Bill Nye's shows, except for the 'Science Guy', so far I have enjoyed each and every single one of them.

Reacher (2022– )
10/10
It's great, but Alan Ritchson makes it complete.
7 September 2022
Only 10mins in. I can already tell it's excellent.

I have read most of Child's books, the authors books FYI. Seen both of Cruise's depictions of the character. Reacher having been one of my most favorite characters in fiction. I have to say Alan Ritchson absolutely embodies the physique of Reacher, the look of Reacher, and last but most importantly the intensity of Reacher. You can see, feel the inner thoughts of Reacher running behind Ritchson's eyes, it's absolutely brilliant.

This is the Reacher we should have gotten a long time ago on film, but I am glad we got him now.

Reacher being the main focus of the show, I would have placed his role, and the actor playing him above all. But the rest of the cast is casted beautifully as well. The coloring, direction, filmography has well served it's purpose. You can feel yourself emerged into the world Reacher. Which is exactly what the books will do to you, so this is perfect.

I always loved the way the books let us get inside the mind of Reacher, his experiences, how he always manages to get on top of the situation at hand. But seeing him reflected upon other people upon film is an uniquely wholesome experience. One I was looking forward to, one that didn't disappoint. Will not disappoint. So I suggest you give it a watch, if you haven't already.

Superb fights, stunts. Superb acting. Superb writing.
28 August 2022
This show delivers it all. This such an underrated show, still.

This show was made for Andrew Koji, I could watch it just for him, I love him, I'm not sure, but it looks like he is doing his own stunts? Because they look so great.

I could watch it, just for the fight scenes. But the mystery, and the power struggles around the center characters are so interesting, well developed. The show isn't afraid to explore it's characters, and what they are ready to do, to survive. You really feel like you're in the streets 19th century San Francisco.

What more do I need to say? Watch it, immediately. This show is so entertaining.

Me Time (2022)

Not really what I expected.
27 August 2022
So I came into this movie with very little expectations, literally. First I thought it would be a classic party film, a comedy. But it kind of lost it's speed in the first half of the movie. I still have to give it the fact, that the movie is very grounded, they deal with some very real issues in the movie. I know, since I've been in plenty of them.

Even the fact, that Sonny is a stay-at-home dad, and when put under the pressure of people close to him, saying he is not outgoing enough. Then when he actually goes out of his way to go out, it turns on it's head, everybody seems to turn their backs on him. In that sense the writing is brilliant.

But the movie might have been a little too grounded to be a party movie, a comedy. It lacks that fun that there usually is in Kevin Hart's movies. Still the movie tells a very real story, I have to give them props just for that.

The acting is very good, the situations are very real, and the issues they deal with are very real indeed.

I didn't remember it being this good.

Just amazing action scenes, so well choreographed, leaves you in awe. While the story is very well constructed, makes you really feel for it. It is smart, fast, while still being heartfelt comic book adaptation. Just a great movie, that feels underappreciated.

See the Wrath come alive.

Guy Ritchie really knows how to make a movie feel like a movie. It doesn't matter if you're in the theaters or not. Ritchie will make you feel it anywhere. Still I do recommend watching his films in theaters. Statham brings the stoic, wrath of a man alive. You can feel it in your bones.

Idea's great, execution's not.
22 August 2021
The general idea behind this was great, interesting. The ramifications of this setting could have been awe-inspiring, but they weren't fully investigated in this movie. Not as they should've been. Besides that the movie was full of small errors, that should've not passed the production, on to the film itself. These errors don't stop you from enjoying this flick, but they make it slightly more difficult.

Attention! To. Detail.
20 August 2021
This director started on low budget films, music videos published on YouTube. He worked his way up.. Even on a low budget he managed what most directors fail at with massive budgets. Now this movie clearly came with a bigger budget. And you can see what happens in the hands of a someone who values it. You can even see how well it is being spent. Soundtracks are played at just the right time, they have meaning. Every little thing seems to find a purpose or setup something in the future.

Reminded me of my love for movies, great directing.

Is this Show for you?
2 August 2021
Haven't watched it to completion yet so take this review with a grain of salt. But I doubt you'll need it. I just had to come here to say this mid-episode, because I'm truly enjoying my time with Rick and Morty. Makes me forget my woes, relax, laugh my *** off and entertained for twenty minutes. Great stuff! Rick and Morty deliver again.

After reading a few comments I decided to add this here at the end. All you people complaining. If this show really gives you such a headache, should you be watching it?

Such a bad headache you had to come all the way here to complain, when you don't even give proper critique. Ask yourselves, "Is this show really for me?".

Then, why? When you don't even enjoy it...

My 2 Cents on the Issue
26 July 2021
I don't know what is it with you people and with all of this hate. All of you complaining how the show is not what it used to be. I bet none of you were even watching this show in 2013 when it came out. Before it was mainstream.

I actually found this show through my little brother who found it on YouTube and thank god for that.

I instantaneously fell in love with it's wacky concepts, great characters and the humor. Yes, the humor. Of course one of the big the selling points of the show was the messages written in each episode. Whether it was a moral dilemma the show wanted you to wonder or just a lesson it wanted you to learn. It always had something to say meanwhile making you laugh at the craziness of it all. It wasn't afraid of anything, because Rick wasn't.

It went in head first, because that's what living a life is all about. That has never changed.

Now I know the writers have changed, the characters have grown. But the internal meaning of the show has never changed. It is to think about the craziness of life meanwhile laughing at all of it.

And that's a great way to live. To live, learn, laugh, love. In that order. Not hate.

To live is to learn. To learn is to laugh. To laugh is to love.

I didn't expect much, got even less.
17 July 2021
I wanted to like this movie, but for the life of me I just can't. It has some really great aspects to it, but they are just lacking in every possible way. Every time you see something you like it's ripped away from you by it's underwhelming qualities. It is a action film and it can't even give you action scenes to live by.

Very entertaining, but dumb if you think about it.
17 July 2021
The movie starts of great, I mean really great. It keeps you in suspense, it does something very different with itself that I haven't seen in any time travel movie ever. But when one stops even for a second to think about the logic behind it. It doesn't make any sense whatsoever. After that point the plot just kind of falls apart, though the movie keeps on going.

Castlevania (2017–2021)

SHARE this amazing work of art
15 June 2021
This show is so underrated and overlooked. One of my friends started it, didn't stick with it long enough and dropped it too soon. For god's sake please share this, get this show the attention and hype it deserves. Once you watch Season 1 you'll get what everybody's fuzzing about.

Tell people, friends a like to go and start this amazing series. Even on the scale of animes it's easily one of my top ones. On the scale of all series it's easily on the Top 50 of all time.

Got on the show when Season 2 had just came out. Been watching it with thrill, enjoyment ever since.

Amazing character development. Great storyline.

So much love for how they develop their characters on the show. It really shows the further you follow the story. More characters appear and their stories start to branch out and collide with each other. Also there is a great storyline, much to explore and they have done great job with that too. Keeping the audience interested once you get into the world of Castlevania. Don't know much about the original storyline of the videogames it's based on but I would still say with confidence it is doing it JUSTICE.

Nolan changes how we view movies
20 December 2020
There sure where a lot of people dragged in by whatever reason to watch this without them having any stake in this movie. The movie simply leaves them confused, disappointed and maybe even a little angry.

Then there were some people with already found interest in Nolan's latest film by seeing his previous work. The movie leaves them feeling the same, possibly even on a greater scale. But these people don't leave it just at that knowing Nolan's films. They watch it again. The movie, Christopher Nolan rewards them.

I thought this was done on purpose. Knowing how Nolan likes to push the boundaries of what is viewed normal in film making. He made a movie that you need to watch differently to understand it. You need to go back and watch it again, in case you miss something rewind and watch it again. Just like they did in the movie.

"This whole operation is a temporal pincer.", - Neil. Tenet (2020).
