Birds of Prey and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn (2020)
Ignore trolls this was amazing
Awesome fight scenes , powerful and flawed women, humor and gore with a splash of insanity. Nothing was better than seeing this movie and i MEAN NOTHING! You are in for a vulgar wild ride that is true to the comic books with our Harley Quinn ! A must watch for anyone who is fun !
Supergirl: The Wrath of Rama Khan (2019)
What a episode
This is what Supergirl can truly be . It just gets better and better exploring the characters. Friendship, hurt loneliness, hope. All themes touched on tastefully in this episode. This kept me on the edge of my seat. I can usually tell how something will end but i was surprised and taken for a loop every minute. A truly great episode ! 10/10
Supergirl: In Plain Sight (2019)
YASSS
I love these characters so much. Nia and Kara are a great team. Lena and brainy steal my heart. The acting was well done . I am so worried for Lena but seeing Kara act...like a total dork in front of Lena brought me back to the old Kara it was so adorable and dorky haha. I love the Olsens dynamic. I'm sure we will see jimmy again! All in all i liked this episode i think it pushed all the character relationships in the right direction. We will see what happens. I'm so worried for Lena tho !
Code: Debugging the Gender Gap (2015)
Women in the field by Leah Drey
The film was very informative and exciting to watch. As someone who works in the technical field i found this watch relatable. The film goes over some tough subjects that must be identified and thought over. IT is a professional field, as such everyone should be treated with respect but this is not always the case for women in IT. The film interviews many important women of all ages and races. I found my favorite part was the commentary on how women are marketed too and how that must change for society to catch up with the rest of the world. Overall it was a great watch and i would show this to friends.
The Tradesmen (2011)
Tradesmen 2011 Review
The film itself holds information about the everyday lives of tradesmen in America. Following multiple interviews and professional opinions we see the cause and effect of the working class on the economy and vice versa. The film touches on subjects of classism, education, and perceptual divide. The execution of the film is well done sticking to facts and finding stories that relate to the content. Overall i would watch this film again in order to get the most out of the information that is given.
