Dumbo (2019)

Seriously a Great Movie!

This was just a great great movie and I was not expecting that I would enjoy it so much. Yes they do change the ending to make it more acceptable to modern times but it was well done. This was Disney at its best and I was worried they would ruin it like Star Wars. It brought along some of the original elements like the elephants dancing which was well done. Dumbo himself was so cute! I will likely go see it again. Oh and my kids loved it too!

Peppermint (2018)

This is as a solid action film. Predictable, yes. Familiar plot, yes. BUT it has Jennifer Garner! She was fantastic and if you are an Alias fan you will love this movie.

Incredibles 2 (2018)

Jack Jack Made This Movie

This was a pretty good sequel to the first but it was slow at times. However, Jack Jack really made this movie. The raccoon scene was hilarious! I would pay to see this movie again just to watch Jack Jack!

A Quiet Place (2018)

So much potential but didn't deliver

I was so excited to see this movie but it was just disappointing and sad. This movie suffers from the same reason I cannot watch The Walking Dead. Common sense on how you would actually live in the new environment is out the door. Just stupid people doing stupid things to get themselves killed.

Tomb Raider (2018)

Different Experience to Original Tomb Raider

Given the poor ratings I had low expectations for this movie but it was surprisingly very entertaining. I wouldn't compare it to the Original movies with Angelina Jolie as it was just a different movie experience. I am still a fan of Angelina Jolie as Lara Croft but the Alicia Vikander version works too.

I still have my VHS tape and have watched it 100s of times over the years. I need this to come out on demand, please! I cannot remember the last time I even owned a VHS player to watch this.

Dunkirk (2017)

Confusing but still enjoyed it.

I did enjoy this movie but have to admit I didn't quite follow the first half of the movie as it was confusing and did not provide the context needed to understand the historical events around Dunkirk going into the movie. Plus what is with hiding Tom Hardy until the final scene....what a waste.

Star Wars Officially Dead at the Hands of Disney

What a huge and utterly disappointment. Disney should be ashamed and embarrassed. They single handedly destroyed the Star Wars franchise. Luke Skywalker SO deserved a better fate. What crap! I am SO ANGRY and disturbed that folks at Disney thought this was a suitable and entertaining plot...way to let all us Star Wars fans down.

Big Little Lies (2017–2019)

Binge Worthy!!

Just binged watched Big Little Lies. Great show and a great cast. Although the plot twist at the end was obvious and expected it is still worth the watch.
