The Walking Dead (2010)
Integration & Reflection ~
This film puts lots of things together - friendship, family, love and life ~~ We never aware that we're happy until we lose
it.
Can't imagine the life full of walking dead as in the movie It dawned on me if I would be brave enough to survive or would
I just chose to give up because I were too timid to face the cruelty Those issues relevant to life may be the reason why we
are attracted to it.
Besides, the makeup in the film is vivid and delicate.
Watching the show is also a joy of appreciating the art......
Creative plots to indulge, Serious issues to reflect ~~ What a joyful integration !!
Tai ji 1: Cong ling kai shi (2012)
Surprises keep showing up!!!
Honestly, in the beginning I didn't think highly of this movie because of its seemingly funny horn born with Yang Luchen
and the war scene the director presented. They made me laugh and wonder if it was a comedy or heroic film @@
Then there arrived the surprises!Combining the elements of video games, comics, I suddenly came to and keep my eyes
open afterwards.
Kept in suspense as how the story lines would go, I stayed focused and curiosity aroused.
Eager to know what would happen next, then the film suddenly ended.
Though some plots are not clear and coherent enough, the movie as a whole is innovative.
Hence I would recommend it to those who wanna something new or know more about kung-fu!
Colombiana (2011)
A Kind of Sad Action Movie!
The plot is predictable and not eye-opening at all.
But in the beginning Cataleya, still a little girl, impressed me with her cold and firm eyesight.
That leads me to her next steps to revenge.
Cataleya took the chance of ruining her love, live and even her remaining family just for revenge.
The loss in her childhood badly destroys the path of life in front of her.
Is it worthwhile? Marco thinks he finally find his true love, Cataleya..
His words, "I love you " seems fail to bring her back.
Sad tunes of music with the movie in the end~~~~
Something Borrowed (2011)
lover or best friend?
The film reflects well the phenomenon of affairs in the society.
The line between love and best friend is really vague.
Once one crosses the line , then no one actually wins in this situation.
In this film, I think Dex, Darcy, and Rachel should all should the responsibility.
Dex is sort of coward that he never listens to his heart and fights for what he really wants, and he's the bad guy that puts all of them in the dilemma.
Darcy is self-centered and she may care about herself no more than others.
Rachel is so timid that she yields to Darcy every time.
But is it really right thing to get into a couple as long as they're not married? That seems one of the wrong messages in the movie.
Kind of threatening the moral nowadays.........:(
