For All Mankind: Bring It Down (2022)
And the show jumps the shark......
Ok seriously? They leave a guy they know is on drugs in charge of stuff while they are on mars? Lazy plot device. That's really all that needs to be said about this episode.
The Old Man: IV (2022)
Not smart enough to make you think, moving too slow to entertain
The writers of this show don't seem to understand what show they are making. It's not smart enough to be something that makes you think, but the writers don't seem to understand that, so they abandon a great value proposition - Jeff bridges as a spy coming out of retirement kicking butt and doing spy stuff. The first episodes where good, but it's starting to slow down too much and the characters make decisions that make zero sense.
The Old Man: V (2022)
Subtitles.......are lame, it's not realistic it is annoying
Sorry but entire sections of exposition of plot in a language zero people watching this show know is stupid and pretentious. It's not "adding to the realism," it's dumb. If I wanted to read, I would buy a book, not watch a mindless junk drama like this show. I understand some people who don't understand business would stay that if you don't want to read subtitles, this show is not for you.....well it's thinking like that that gets shows canceled and shrinks audiences. First few episodes where good, but it's been down hill. Show is slow, plot is a bit silly, and character actions and motivations are unbelievable.
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel: Ethan... Esther... Chaim (2022)
Treading the same ground.......
Show is still decent but they do the same story line over and over and it's starting to ruin the show. She gets a great gig, she goes to far and ruins a relationship. They need to move on from that.
The Handmaid's Tale: Witness (2019)
Elizabeth Moss is a good actress
This show is a bit boring lately but Elizabeth Moss is a good actress, especially in this episode, so I give it a nine.
The Handmaid's Tale: Heroic (2019)
How is this acceptable for professional writers?
How does something this bad get out of the writers room? past whoever checks this stuff like the show runner? and actually get filmed? I mean it's so bad. So so bad
The Handmaid's Tale: Unfit (2019)
I have an idea for the writers. When you write a show something should happen in it.....anything...
I have an idea for the writers. When you write a show something should happen in it.....anything.... Character development by its self is not a show. You need like events and a plot
Fear the Walking Dead: What's Your Story? (2018)
Theory: The character Morgan makes the walking dead bad
The main walking dead show was good until Morgan showed up as a main character. Then he left and the last part of season nine was not half bad. Now he is on this show, and season four is horrible. It's not the character himself he is ok, and the actor playing him is great...but obviously the character has some sort of curse that causes bad writing.
Counterpart: Outside In (2018)
So what the main character is basically not in the show any more?
The main character is basically not in the show any more. Kinda a waste of a great actor and the most interesting part of the show
Patriot (2015)
Good show until season 2 is in French for some reason
I can't read that fast I give up. I need to kick back and relax not read my shows
The Wizard (1989)
Classic and I can prove it.
Without looking it up. What won best picture in 1989? No one remembers and you probably have not scene it....but people are still watching this. I rest my case.
Sneaky Pete (2015)
Annoying characters for the sake of length
Entertaining but Gets weak in season two when characters make completely irrational and implausible decisions. This is clearly done to add length to plot threads that could easily been tied up. Makes the characters annoying frankly.
