over-wrought weapons play sinks this film

The plot, writing and acting are OK, more like a 7, but the totally excessive use of very loud automatic weapons made this movie unwatchable after just over an hour. do yourself a favor and don't bother with this piece of dreck.

I watched this last night in honor of Frank's birthday today and was just amazed at the time and attention to detail of this two-parter. Director Alex Gibney and his team are to be lauded for their excellent job. i also give a special mention to Gina Gershon reading the words of Ava Gardner for bringing the pure sexiness of 'the one that got away' from Frank to the film. 9.5/10!!

the inconsistancy nettled me

How can a series have such great production values regarding costumes, sets, vehicles and the like and still have so many terrible anachronisms in the script?? just drove me nuts!
